You see, this is the bias games that could "open a can of worms". A judge MUST apply the law impatially. Any bais will be RESISTED by discerning Ghanaians!!

If he has his eyes on Mahama to use the military against the people who may resist his personal agenda, my advise to him is that, NO MILITARY power can take on a determined people. Look at Egypt, a country far more militarily powerful than Ghana, yet her citizens kicked out Mubarak's gov't. I hope we don't go that path, but Justice Agutuba MUST be called to order. NOBODY will worship him or surrunder his/her constitutional rights to him.

If Mr Agutuba has an EGO problem, he should NOT sacrifice the peace of Ghana for it.
