Thieves, looters, nation wreckers! What npp are looking for is to come to power to loot the nation's resources. Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Dumb dumb Semi-literate and their equally dumb shoe-shine, store-keeper followers. It beats my imagination.
Didn't petitioners do statistics, mode, median, frequency, population, population variance, standard deviations, etc. in school? Haba!! This is simple common sense mathematical logic. You don't need more votes to have a majority. Too many brain -dead people in Ghana, even established Lawyers and an Economist.
3.5 million people vote in the Ashanti region, where over 90% of the seat is won by the NPP. Compare that to the volta region with just about 400,000 eligible voters. If NDC wins all seats in volta and NPP wins even 70% seats in Ashanti, NPP total votes will be way more than the NDC. Analyze that country-wide.
NPP MP's won most votes in densely populated places like Ashanti region. That gives them greater numbers. Its a matter of population variance. Is this too hard to understand after having a 4 years university education to become a Lawyer?
In any case, doesn't this prove that people perhaps want NPP MP's as their leader AND JUST DO NOT LIKE TRIBALISTIC AKUFFO-ADDO TO RULE OVER THEM? Shameful indeed.

The truth is like a cork and it never sinks under water.
The NDC-appointed Afari-Djan, who doubles as the God of John Mahama and who ordained John Mahama(first president of Ghana with 24 children from 13 women)as president of Ghana, is finally being made to realise that he "can only fool some people some time but not all the people all the time".
Afari-Djan, who claimed he is a B.B.C (born before the computer)must bow his head in shame for using 'voodoo mathematics' to declare the results instead of collating the valid votes cast in the election.
Can John Mahama and his God Afari-Djan explain to Ghanaians why 400,000 NDC voters, who all received some of the GHc4 billion stolen from the national treasury in the last quarter of 2012, decided to vote for NDC parliamentarian candidates in the parliamentary elections, but refused to vote for him in the presidential elections ?

Question & Answer:
Q. Did the petitioners know about this topic of disparity in the NPP and NDC presidential and parliamentary electons counts, and why did it not appear in their petition.
A. Yes they knew it, called "skirt and blouse voting", which cause disparity in parliamentary and presidential elections everywhere, and knew they could not prove the occurence to be malpractice. They knew Afari Djan could have destroyed any adverse allegation they dared to make about that disparity numbers issue, hence they dropped it like the "padded votes to Mahama's votes stolen from Nana Addo's claim".
Q. Why now that they knew the respondents would not challenge and the justices would also ignore it as not being part of their claims petitioned.
A. It is a clever sound bite to the hearing of a layman and supporters. That was all they wanted to achieve, and it added nothing to their evidence.

Rocky's twisted, perverted, bigotry views are a microcosm of the reasoning of the NPP and why they cannot accept the fact that they lost the elections to Mahama, a poor, Savannah boy.
The NPP is popularly known as a party of intelligentsia, yet their logic is an apology of this legacy. How can you ever compare parliamentary votes (based on constituencies of varying sizes/numbers of qualified voters)with presidential votes (where the constituencies are collapsed to one constituency, with the same number of votes)? Of course, if the NPP MPs won in more constituencies with bigger voter-populations than the NDC MPs, but not in as many constituencies in total as the NDC did, it is statistically possible for NDC to be the majority and have less total number of votes than the NPP. Is this not common sense, as easy as ABC? Yet, being the intellectuals that they are, the NPP in their desperation do not get the maths, and are not ashamed to expose their naivety by publishing this deficiency in elementary statistics. This is what you get when you are too desperate for power -- you end up embarrassing yourself. Rocky, go back to elementary school. It is not enough to wave your Akan passport, that does not make you a brilliant person. It is cheap stuff!

It was very childish for Addison to say that Majority in the house suppose to have more votes than the Minority as if it was two men contest. He was trying to throw dust into the Judges and Ghanaians eyes and NPP supporters like yourself bought it. How can he come to that conclusion whereby the margin of victories among the MP's were totally different? Now is 10119 pink sheets you are relying on whiles Bawumia in evidence in chief said continuously you submitted over 1200 and he is relying on 11843 pink sheets. After KPMG count the unique pink sheets which again your agents accepted was 8,675. What can of petition is that. You are in court to win election that was fairly fought of which you lost on technicalities. One is no signing of pink sheets which the voter did no wrong. Two is serial numbers which for in turns and purposes you have been able to prove its effect on Akuffo Addo's results or C3 which states how many were verified with form 1c but not Biometric machine; which shows all over Ghana no presiding officer sent FORM 1C not to talk verifing someone without the biometric machine. or the over voting which is only known when the votes in the ballot box are conted or which. Now you have seen technically your petition has loopholes because the numbers does not add up you are trying to do PR work. What has difference in parliamentry votes got to do with your lost? Please the burden of proof is on you not the Judges or respondents. Yours is not to create doubt that is what the respondents are suppose to do, you are suppose to give concrete evidence i mean convincing evidence not kejetia and Bantama Motown argument or Bosomgyam argument. Nana Akufo-Addo is using all sorts of strategy to just tarnish the image of President John Mahama. All sorts of tricks (those in the good books and out of the good books) are being used but all these tricks does not help to change the perception of the populace against the President. On the face of the so-called 'pink sheet' which Nana Addo picked and choose his cards he is the winner. Assumption 1: Agreed, if the SC grants Nana's petition what would be the outcome of the NPP or NDC parliamentarians who failed to win or lost in the selected areas? Assumption 2: SC refused to accept Nana's petition, what happens? Is it war or redress again. What happens if a re-run is called and Nana wins, NDC will also go to the Supreme Court and what happens to the nation? You guess is good as mine, let sleeping dogs lie.

I don't see anything wrong in npp mps getting more votes than majority ndc mp votes and yet giving more votes to mahama than otchere darku's cousin akuffo addo because Ghanaians will prefer a president who is level headed, gentle and can guarantee safety in the country. who on earth will endanger the lives of his children by voting for some body who is a war monger? there is a complete difference between john mahama and war monger akuffo addo. his mannerism and attitude in town scares a lot of Ghanaians who would want Ghana to still stay stable. it was otchere darku's cousin character that failed him in winning the flag bearer ship of the elephant party since 1996 until k4 phased out from the scene. otchere darku should advise his troublesome cousin to leave the npp party for a level headed and sound mind to lead the party in future elections. if he stands a hundred times for the npp party, he will lose a hundred times. Ghana is not prepared for a patapa president.

Ghanaians continue to applaud the work and the able manner in which our most esteemed Justices of the supreme court have adjudicated so far on this election petition. It is the hope and belief of all Ghanaians that, justice in all it's supremacy would be given in this election petition without fear or favour. It is also the belief of all Ghanaians that, indeed, justice would be delivered firmly and without any reservation to further entrench, enhance and promote our democratic credentials to much higher heights. Ghanaians are of the utmost conviction that, our most esteemed and revered Justices of the supreme court would be very resolute and uncompromisingly firm in the face of unguarded and contemptuous statements and comments coming from people who should know better, all in an attempt to cower and subdue our most esteemed justices, from rendering their service to humanity based on the weight of the evidence as adduced in court.
We pray for God's guidance and wisdom for them as they prepare to deliver judgment on this matter and steer the country in the right direction from the machinations of the strong and mighty, who seek to manipulate through covert and overt means, the true mandate of the masses. God be with you and we wish you Godspeed.

If you take just 4 constituencies(Bantama,Manhyia n/s,and Asokwa)out of 11 in Kumasi, the total votes cast was 222,953. All the Bolgatanga constituencies totalled 61,985 whereas those of Tamale totalled 189,082.
Does it actually make sense when the Petitioner's counsel sighted this as unfair on the one man one vote theory.
Apart from the present constituency based system, which other system would have served Ghana any better?

Dear doctor, it is no secret that, some NPP voters don't like Akufo Addo becoming president. That is why such voters even after voting for NPP parliamentary candidates voted for President Mahama.
The collective will of the electorate is supreme just as the SC. The electorate don't have to explain to anybody why they voted the way they voted.
The same thing happened in 2008. Were you surprised that Akufo Addo who won the first round in 2008 needing less than 60,000 votes to win outright was beaten by Mills by more than 133,000 votes in the run-off? It wasn't Afari Gyan who did it; the voters did it.
For NPP to win a presidential election, they must have a candidate who is appealing to all NPP voters - this appears to be so difficult for them and NDC takes advantage of it.

It is surprising why the Petitioners did not make this statement part of their sworn affidavit for it to be tested in court.
Nevertheless, if this statement is true then it reinforces the fact that the electorates (NPP voters) were very careful not to elect Akufo Addo as President. This same trend was seen clearly in the 2008 election.
In 2008, the first round results clearly put Akufo Addo in the lead but short of 50% by just 0.68% which was less than 60,000 votes to win one touch. Actually Akufo Addo beat Mills by quite a margin greater than 133,000 votes. Akufo Addo therefore stood a greater chance of winning the run-off but this did not materialize.
In the run-off, Mills came from behind to beat Akufo Addo with a margin of over 84,000 votes. This was a clear case of swinging NPP voters being careful never to allow Akufo Addo to become President.
In the 2012 presidential election, some NPP voters showed the same carefulness to prevent Akufo Addo from becoming president by voting for President Mahama even though they had voted for NPP parliamentary candidates. I don't think Addison had deeply looked at the real implications of this ambush claim he unveiled on the last day.
It is no secret that, there are a sizable number of true NPP supporters who are not comfortable with Akufo Addo becoming president of Ghana.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED /FOOLED BY TRANSPOSITIONAL ERRORS COMMITTED BY PRESIDING OFFICERS IN ACCOUNTING FOR BALLOT USED ON THE PINK SHEETS AS FACT TO REACH A VERDICT.
IT IS QUITE AMAZING AND MIND BOGLING THAT THE PETIONERS (YOU AND I WERE NOT THERE) ARE FIGHTING THEIR CASE BASED ON DESKTOP ANALYSES OF PINK SHEETS. THE WORSE OF ALL, ALL OF THEIR ANALYSES WERE BASED ON ONE PORTION OF THE PINK SHEETS(FIRST PART,ACCOUNTING) PORTION AND CLEVERLY IGNORING THE SECOND PORTION. THEY WANT THE LEARNED SUPREME COURT JUSTICES TO CONCENTRATE ON THE ACCOUNTING PORTION OF THE PINK SHEETS WHERE SOME PRESIDING OFFICERS COMMITTED TRANSPOSITIONAL ERRORS WHICH WERE ADMITTED BY ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO CANCELLED VALID VOTES RECORDED ON THE SECOND PORTION OF THE PINK SHEETS.
(1) ITS INDEED AMAZING FOR NPP TO THROW DUST INTO THE EYES OF DECERNING GHANAIANS THAT THEY DID NOT TRAIN THEIR AGENTS TO DETECT WHAT IS OVER VOTING.AT EACH OF THE POLLING STATION, BOTH PRESIDENTIAL AND PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES’ AGENTS WERE TRAINED, PROVIDED WITH MOBILE PHONES AND TALLY SHEETS.THE AGENTS RECORDS OR TALLIED EACH VOTER IDENTIFIED/VERIFIED BIOMETRICALLY,ISSUED BALLOT PAPER AND SUCCESSFULLY CAST VOTES. AT THE CLOSED OF POLLS,EACH AGENT FROM ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES NDC,NPP,CPP,PPP KNEW THE EXPECTED NUMBER OF BALLOT CAST UNTO THE BALLOT BOX BEFORE COUNTING BY EC OFFICIAL COMMENCES. SHOULD THERE BE MORE BALOT IN THE BOX THAN WAS RECORDED OR TALLIED ON SHEETS BY ANY OF THE AGENTS WOULD DIRECTLY RAISED A CONCER OF OVER-VOTING. AT THAT POINT IT MUST BE ADDRESSED(SORTING AND RECOUNTING AGAIN). IF A PARTY AGENT IS NOT SATISFIED, HE DCLINED TO APPEND HIS/HER SIGNATURE AND WOULD REPORT TO THE CONSTITUENCY OFFICE. THESE TALLY CARDS WERE NOT KEPT BY AGENTS BUT WERE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTITUENCY OFFICES FOR FURTHER SCRUTINY(MATCHING AGAINST VALID VOTES AND REJECTED BALOTS).
EACH PARTY IN 2012 HAD THESE TALLY CARDS PER POLLING STATION AND PINK SHEETS OF THE EXACT POLLING STATION. IF ISSUES REGARDING OVER VOTING CROPS OUT, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE EISTEN TO KEY IN FIGURES OF (ACCOUNTING PART PINK SHEETS) JUST TO ESTABLISH OVER VOTING. PETIONERS DID DESKTOP ANALYSES OF PINK SHEETS AND WANT TO EXPLOIT TRANSPOSITIONAL ERRORS .
THE USED OF TALLY CARDS CAN EXPOSED OVER VOTING,VOTING WITHOUT BIOMETRICT RIGHT AT THE POLLING STATION AND THEREAFTER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ASSEMBLE PINK SHEETS TO DO ANY MAGIC. PETIONERS WERE JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ERRORS COMMITTED BY PRESIDING OFFICERS AS A CASE OF OVER VOTING,VOTING WITHOUT BIOMETRICT. IT WOULD BE PROPER/MAKE SENSE IF AGENTS CAN IDENTIFIED INDIVIDUAL,PICTURES,THE TIME,POLLING STATION VOTED WITHOUT BVR MACHINE/COMPAIN SHEETS. DO NOT FOOL LEARNED JUSTICES WITH WRONG ENTRIES ON PINK SHEETS AS FACTS TO REACH A VERDICT.

Instances where there is skirt and blouse, the vote difference may be few. For a difference of over 400k is really curious. I advice the judges to look into this. Secondly to all those who make noise of winning 8 out of ten regions, do you see how baseless your arguments are. It is about numbers not regions. NDC and Afari knowing for sure that they will not get the majority in parliament hurridly created some 45 constituencies to increase their number. All these revelations tell us what actually happened. If the SC rules in favor of ndc,Mahama, and EC then there is no truth on this land of Ghana that I love. Thank God for the boldness of Nana, for the vigilance of Bawumia, for the support of Jake and all NPP members. God will prevail and the truth shall be out.

If you have a group that will stop at nothing to come to power at all cost, this will be the type of illogical arguement wraped in stupidity you will get. They dont even know that they are contradicting themselves and rather streghtening the arguement of the respondents. If this is your arguement and you have not argued any where in your pleadings that votes were padded for the respondent against you, then you are strenghtening the arguement of the respondents of acting in bad faith in the sense that, you are not calling for annulment of parliamentary votes (which has similar irregularity such as voting without verification, unsigned pink sheet etc etc} because you had majority votes. And who says because you had majority of votes in parliamentary, you should automatically win presidential. What this pattern rather shows is that you had a presidential candidate who was as equal in popularity as his parliamentary candidate, what it also show is that as a party you had a very limited monuvering in terms of winning more votes. On the other hand, NDC voted clearly show a presidential candidate who was more porpular than his parliamentart candidates, and evidence abound almost everywhere in the country, in my constituency (KEEA) President Mahana had over 30,000 and his parlianmentary got 15,000. This happened in a lot of constituences where NDC had independent candidates as well as NDP candidates standing. And records show that more people from the NDC family stood on similar parliamentaru seat than any party. So please, dont throw dust into our eyes as if we are babies who cant think on our own. We know the truth and you cant take it away from us.

This is exactly why the NPP lost. Akuffo-Addo is not LIKED by the majority of the voting population. They'd rather vote for JM rather than for the presidential candidate of their preferred MP. He was their greatest weakness and the NPP fails to acknowledge that. Since when did the votes garnered by in the parliamentary and presidential elections become the same? On that account, the 2000 and 2004 elections where also rigged. What rubbish!

this goes to confirm how myopic some of you think. Ghana is majority rule numbers. this is why you cannot say NDC are majority in parliament so should allow mahama to rule. Common sense should tell you that with two regions one can still win the presidency. Where did the extra 400,000 votes come from. we should be realistic as much as I agree that some parliamentary candidates obtained less votes than Mahama, still that difference is too big. it goes to confirm the fact that the EC used different register for both parliamentary and presidential elections. statistic will tell you that the difference between NPP parliamentary and presidential is much realistic. come one guys, lets take away those political goggles and look at things carefully. this is our country. today its happening to NPP so its right tomorrow will be happening to NDC and will it be right?

Nobody contracted NPP as Internal Auditors for the December 2012 election.
What they have done is to conduct a baised Audit (they did not see any problems with the pink sheets on which NANA won)after they lost the election ...

If we believe browse and skirt happens in Ghana then the petitioners are wasting our time.
It has never happened like this - SC must think and ponder on this very well. This is really curious
I find it very difficult to understand this NPP THIEVES. Your so called Addison is asking how is it that the tally for NPP parliamentarians is more than that of the NDC and still Mahama won. It is that simple: those 121,241 v ...

NANA AKUFFO ADDO THE DWARF THINK ELECTION IS WIN AT COURT,NEXT WEEK HE WILL NOT DREAM ABOUT POLITICE AGAIN,DANKASOWA,DANDURUWAKA,SEGYE.
Why didn't you put your evidence before the court? If this case goes against NPP, I think Ghanaians should be allowed to be upset, for the party dragging this case far too long. You claim to be a lawyer, if you truly have evi ...

You've said it all... my friend, But believe me "Skirt and Blouse" voting was the cause. This happened especially in the Central and Western regions of Ghana.
Akufo Addo don't deserve to be President according his picture compare to Prez Mahama. Nana Addo is too weak to be President . We don't need another sudden death. How old is the old man Addo can someone help me out ? We need ...

This can be expalained by "Skirt and Blouse" voting; especailly in the Central and Western regions of Ghana.
Very simple! This voting patter happens in Gahan a lot!
Why is the main opposition party the NPP keep fooling its self and their supporters with false hopes based on technicalities? It will not work, tell your supporters the truth.
This is a serious matter. In Ghana, nobody and I repeat NOBODY will vote for a president and leave the parliamentary candidate hanging. The rigging is getting stronger legs now.
You are very wrong; in the Talensi and Nabdam constituencies in the Upper East Region, John Tia and Moses Asaga lost their seats respectively but the people voted for President Mahama. They were told to resign and if they did ...
