THE COMPANY MUST HIRE REGULAR, UNIONIZED FULL TIME STAFF N OFFER THEM RETIREMNT, BETTER WAGES N HEALTH CARE BENEFITS...ETC THE COMPANY CAN ALSO AUGMNT/STREAMLINE THEIR WORKFORCE BY HIRING TEMP OR PART TIME WORKERS. U CANT JUST LAY OFF PPL UNDER THE PRETENSE OF A SLOW DOWN IN THE BUSINESS. NO ONE WILL THROW AWAY GOLD. THIS SLOWDOWN IS ONLY TEMPORARY, SO THE COMPANY SHOULD WISE UP N STOP MISTREATING EMPLYEES

You took no pride in your jobs. The chickens have come home to roost, the price of an ounce of gold keeps falling. Investors put their monies in mining companies not just for the fun of it. They want to make decent returns on their investments! For them this is the bottom line. If employing you doesn't make business sense, you must be sent home! Look for jobs with WACAM or build your own mining companies!
