Bernard 'pimple-brained' Mornah, you are rather a waste of everybody's time.
Justice delayed, they say, is justice denied.
Allowing the judiciary to sit on holidays to dispense justice was an innovation intended to benefit Ghanaians as a whole and not any particular person.
With the police service and other security agencies fully under the control of the govt of the day, they could be used to abuse the human rights of ordinary Ghanaians at the behest of the govt.
So if a Ghanaian is arrested on any flimsy charge by the police on a Thursday and is kept by the Police for the mandatory 48 hours maximum that the Police has within its ambit, he can be granted bail on a saturday or sunday if he is made to appear before a court.
And the fact that nobody, and not even the Attorney-General was in court to rebut your charge which led to the judges handing you a favourable judgement on a silver platter doesn't make you a legal luminary, Benard Mornah !
What benefit do you get if the courts don't sit on holidays, Bernard Mornah ?
Grow some brains and start disturbing our ears with your baloneys.

No wonder! Attah Akyea is struggling to accept reality because he is from NPP, the party that doesn't accept defeat in good faith. With a month he has lost two cases, abaaaaa!

This is the second time Atta Akyea is losing case at the supreme court and its becoming an indication of how this guy is losing his legal acumen.
He is always trying to defend the indefensible.

There are lawyers parading in Ghana as legal luminaries but in reality they are nothing but amateurs. They use some other means but not the law to win cases. I am not a lawyer but I am yet to find a case that someone who was not a party to the original case could make an appeal. Supreme Court review is another form of an appeal so if Atta Akyea is right that any citizen can seek a SC review, what he is trying to invent is that, A can start a case against B in the High Court and when he loses, A can ask C to take the case to the Appeal Court when C was not a party to the original case at the High Court. Atta Akyea should tell the whole world in which jurisprudence such a system exists. The fact that any citizen can go to the SC does not necessarily mean any citizen can seek a review of a SC decision. It's laughable. He probably thought he could set a precedence and make legal history but he was misguided to show his ignorance at the highest court of the land.

Atta go back and school for this time you have to practicalised the law and not to copy from a book.

It is rather unfortunate if this same constitution allows parliamentary petition to end at the court of appeal level without an opportunity for a n appeal at the Supreme Court , how much more a presidential petition? Why should a presidential election have an opportunity to be reviewed how much more an open ended time frame for review . This is sad for the country . Did our judges think of the consequences of their decision in the Mornah case? I leave time to tell. This is not propaganda this is law . Please shout up if you don't understand the issues at stake,
