What at all is the matter with these NPP bozos? The 2012 election petition case brought before the supreme bench will be, and I repeat, will be, yet once more, will be determined by the merit of the case and not prayers and what have you that they are crusading about. The NPP apparatchiks would have loved to influence the outcome of this case to suit their diabolic agenda before the masses. But, ops! The loud mouths within their own rank opted for a live television broadcast and sincerely got their grandiose wish to the letter.

Mama Ghana on the other hand did a marvellous job by quietly and amicably playing along and, lo and behold, the whole wide world witnessed their outrageous and bogus allegation before hand. Now, prayers, spirits and hymns had suddenly become their clarion call to hoodwink the masses as well as inveigle the nine panel Supreme Court judges to rule on their behalf after exhausting all their fiendish subterfuge before the scrutiny of the world. How hilarious!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Your Lordship Chief Justice of Ghana, I hope that your good office will put in the public domain, the written submissions of all the parties involved. This is my plea to you since the live broadcast gave Ghanaians at home and abroad, the opportunity to observe what happened in court. Because the submissions are not orally, Ghanaians have missed the opportunity to know at first hand, the legal arguments by all sides.

I am therefore suggesting that the written submissions are made public (online) on the SC website. Alternatively, they could be published by one of the state national dailies such as Graphic.

You send things to the court and registrar joins the NPP to share them. If NDC files today, the registrar will make sure the NPP sees the NDC legal arguments before and fine tune theirs as a rebuttal.
