blavo? Lord have mercy on us. it is only for the people at the top to know how much they can steal. The system ensures that the people who can chop the money are at the top. The days of the revenue collectors are over. It is the time for the management to also chop chop. Korlebu, Ridge,Komfo anokye etc... they all want to chop money. If want me to call names, just ask the man with the fat lips called A...I (fill in the blank spaces).

Reverting to the old on-site stealing system. Kick Efua out of Korle Bu. Professors are not good managers.

Oh my country Ghana. What is wrong with you. Who is afraid of leakage. They just want to change to manual so they can steal. All over the world hospitals are changing into electronics. Have more security systems.

Has the "new trend" proven its effectiveness or you are simply following fashion. The learned professor must tell us. Ghana is paying too much for learned incompetence.

If the present system, which probably has external monitoring is increasing revenue and reducing leakages, why have an on-site one which is more likely to be manipulated on-site. Abay, prof, what is wrong with you.

What is uniquely beneficial about the merchant bank's electronic revenue management system that cannot be achieved using an in-house POS system? The only thing the in-house system should need is a backup system and a backup database storage which should be easily attained since Korle-Bu is still a quasi-government entity; network the system to the national data center. What the Merchant bank sale did was give them monopoly and a double dipping advantage; they had maintenance arrangement for their equipment and processing. Why would all the POS systems on the market that are used by multi-national corporations to transact both cash and electronic card processes not suffice at Korle-Bu? Korle-Bu just got sold a bill of goods by whoever agreed to the initial contract. I guarantee that an investigation would reveal an interest in connection between someone in the Korle-Bu management at the time and a bank representative and or the seller of the payment system.

What is the Auditor General saying? When the states funds are being channelled into private pockets we in Ghana call this 'leakages'. Clever than the IMF.
