  The UK counterpart knows very well this will not work and there is nothing in it for the Ghanaian. I say this simply because in Ghana the structures are not there and there is no systems for implementing such programmes let alone monitor it. In UK every penny is accounted for and every investment undertaken gives a positive return.

  this will only work if they do true gov functions like in usa..Which means that people hired should be working in schools,hospitals,water systems, rubbish removal, Local Electric companies..Road upkeep..This will not work if ...
