Any adjudication of a case ultimately arrives at a judge being fair to one side or the other, else it would not have made it this far to court. NPP has a case, but I don't believe it is strong enough to upset the status quo. They on the other hand have every right to rely on the ability of any justice system to alter the fate and even obvious evidence the way they view it.

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Dr. Afari Djan, the self-acclaimed god of elections, currently finds himself between a rock and a hard place.
The noose around his neck is getting tighter and tighter with ever lie that spews out of the mouth of the Tilapia fish-farmer.
The chief returning officer of elections in Ghana is today claiming never to have heard what 'pdf'(portable document format)means.
Lucky for Afari Djan, the NPP will teach him what pdf is all about today for free.
We shall make every NDC foolsoldier see the gargantuan stealing prowess of Afari Djan.

After a thorough and long process, the court can conclude that there has been enough evidence to substantiate the the petition brought against the respondents. The 2nd respondent Afari Gyan truely stole the election for John Mahama. By the power of the Supreme Court, we therefore despose John Alhaji Mahama as President of Ghana and declare Nana Akufo Addo as the legitimate President of Ghana.
Case closed. Foolish NDC people go and hang yourselves.

THAT SO CALLED :ALL-DIE-BE-DIE,HAS TO DIE IN THE MOUTHS OF YOU NDC CROOKS.
YOUR TIME IS OVER BECAUSE:
THERE IS GOING TO BE A CHANGE.
WHY?
PAIN BIRTHS PASSION FOR CHANGE.GHANAIANS HAVE SUFFERED TOO MUCH UNDER THESE NDC NAIVE,CORRUPT CROOKS.
SECONDLY,PAIN TEACHES AND TEARS CORRECT:
WE'VE LEARNT SO MUCH AND A CHANGE IS INNEVITABLY NEEDED.
CHANGE IS NECESSARY IN EVERY SUCCESS EQUATION,AND GHANA NEEDS TO SUCCEED.
THEREFORE,CHANGE IS INNEVITABLE.
WHAT CHANGE,THEN?
MAHAMA OUT,NANA ADDO IN,PERIOD.
WE NEED GOOD STRATEGIC PLANS,INNOVATIVE IDEAS,PROGRESSIVE VISION,WISDOM FROM ON HIGH,AND NOT CONVENTIONAL,UNDERSTANDING:INTERPREATION,COMPREHENSION AND DISCERNMENT,TRANSPARENCY,ACCOUNTABILITY & PROBITY,TRUSTWORTHINESS & INTEGRITY ETC.
BUT IT LOOKS LIKE,MAHAMA AND HIS GUYS,LACK ALL THESE.
THAT IS WHY CHANGE IS NECESSARY,INNEVITABLE.
CRISIS ALWAYS OCCURS AT THE CURVE OF EVERY CHANGE,AND THERE ARE CRISIS EVERYWHERE IN GHANA NOW:
PETITION CASE VERDICT(IN LIMBO),NO WATER,POWER,GAS SITUATION,BRIBERY & CORRUPTION,NO EFFECTIVE GUN CONTROL RULES,ARMED ROBBERY,THE FILTH,DEPLORABLE ROADS CONDITION,CHILDREN UNDER TREES SCHOOLS,CHILD PONOGRAPHY AND LABOUR EXPLOITATION,UNEMPLOYMENT,HIGHER INTEREST RATE,COUTERFEITS CURRENCIES IN CIRCULATION,UNNECESSARY JUDGEMENT DEBTS PAYMENTS,THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.
IN THE MIDST OF PLENTY,THE COMMON MAN ON THE STREET IS STILL SUFFERING.
THAT IS WHY WE NEED A CHAGE.
WHERE WE ARE,IS WHERE WE WOULD BE,UNTIL WE DECIDE,WHERE WE RATHER BE.

THE VERDICT OF THE SUPREME COURT IN ELECTION 2012 PETITION
The past is gone and we are with the present. It’s incumbent on every Ghanaian to make good use of the present for himself and for future generations. We have values as Africans and we must support those values not by words but with responsibility. Truth, respect, welfare for others and above all justice is the common values that our great grandparents left for us. Standing by these values will never lead us astray, but failure of that will spell doom for all of us irrespective of our political colorations and beliefs. We are all interested in winning in every competition but this is not possible since our creator has made everything with an opposite sign. For example man cannot be woman even though technology try’s to debunk this assertion but nature still triumphs over artificial monuments. Winning goes with loosing but the two always occur concurrently. While winning is joyous, that of losing bring sorrow and bitterness but each must be managed to ensure the wellbeing of those who have had such experiences. No single person can quantify the amount of energy and resources our politicians are committing every four years in prosecuting their political campaigns. The stress and sleepless night had a cause to sympathize with who ever want to lead this country in both parliamentary and presidential levels.
Nevertheless, Ghana has come far to allow politics to halt the progress we have built for ourselves and for future generations. Every country has a laid down laws to protect the individual rights and privileges. Constitutionally, every citizen of Ghana deserves justice irrespective of your tribe, religious affiliation or any other form of social stratification. What we need to ensure is justice for all and for our collective common good.
The Supreme Court is constitutionally mandated to resolve all disputes in respect to presidential electoral issues. It’s in the interest of every citizen that this body exists to protect and maintain law and order for the mother Ghana. Both the petitioners and the respondents in this landmark litigation must be recommended for the mature manner they have handled themselves throughout this process. I sincerely wish them well and pray that they will still exhibit a sense of responsibility to mother Ghana by accepting the verdict of the Supreme Court whether in favor or otherwise.
The two major political parties must bear in mind that they are after the well fare of the citizenry of this country and must not do anything to allow a drop of blood to be drawn in the name of non-acceptance of the verdict of the court. We must all stand against the negative experiences of our brothers in Sierra -Leon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Libya, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Mali and their likes. We must resolve problems by brains and not by blood as stated by great son of Africa, His Excellency, Nelson Mandela. The verdict of the Supreme Court will not favor the desires of the two parties but they must properly condition their minds for the judgments that might not be in their respective favors. They should bear in mind that they are after power to serve the livable people and not to serve the ghosts. Long live Ghana! Long live our motherland!!

"...the leadership of the political parties must begin to sensitize its grass root members about the need for peace after the verdict is given."
This has been my position since the VERY first day of court proceedings: That the judges will be fair in conducting proceedings and announcing an appropriate verdict.
But the real issue is HOW WOULD WINNERS AND LOSERS TAKE THE VERDICT. This is where, I at some point, was calling on the General-Secretaries of the two parties to channel their energies into - to educate their member to accept in good faith the verdict of the SC.
Let us ALL in our small ways educate others on the need to accept the verdict for, as I [posted here somedays back:
1. There can be only one winner in a two-man contest, or a draw which could be settled amicably
2. The loser has only some three years to work back to victory, and
3. Ghana is te only home of Ghanians who could only go about their daily lifes in the atmosphere of peace.

The Supreme Court is not going to be fair on anything; for, there is nothing for the Supreme Court to be fair about
- this NPP's a bit of an idiot Akyem Akufo Ado and his lot were fortunate, that the Supreme Court had a look at their legally baseless Petition which is about valid and spoilt votes (election papers); ordinary votes, NPP nitwit Akyem Akufo Ado and his lot foolishly call "pink" sheets
- Afari Gyan has the legal powers and the office; and had prior, sorted out these election papers; he legally disregarded the spoilt votes; Mahama got more of the valid votes and Afari Gyan declared him the winner
- Afari Gyan's Declaration binds the State of Ghana which includes the Supreme Court; and the Supreme Court has no powers to install loser Akufo Ado as President in place of elected winner Mahama; yet
- out of such simple election matter, comes out of a "Danquah Institute" of Akyem buffoons; their semi educated managing director Otchere Darko expects a "fair" fantasy judgement from the Supreme Court Judges; what a buffoon
