Parliament passes GIPC Bill

    if the Bill makes this mandatory for even Ghanaian firms to register with GIPC then I find this to be a duplication of efforts because they are already registered with the registrar of companies. Can someone please explain?

    MEans more money to the government from registration fees (i.e.) tax revenues.

    THIS IS A GREAT BILL FOR GHANA. BRAVO TO THE ONE WHO CAME UP WITH SUCH IDEA FOR GHANA. NOW THIS BILL HAS TO BE ENFORCED TO THE FULLEST AND ANY GHANAIAN WHO TRY TO SABOTAGE IT MUST BE CHARGED WITH TREASON.
