    It wasn't overspending, but gargantuan stealing the NDC way.

    The constitution clearly states that every budget or supplementary budget needs to be approved by parliament.

    Since 2009 no MMDA under the NDC government has ever kept to its budget. Quite tragically, when they overspend, its never marginal, always a gargantuan inflation of the budget.

    The EC were specifically given funds for the biometric changeover, they were given funds initially for the biometric machines and subsequently after a lot of noise from the NPP, EC were again given funds for the verification ...

    BB Brown you may be right about your comments but we need to investigate the variances before we can come to that conclusion.It's highly unlikely though. Alot of julor hide behind incompetence as standard practice

    Afari Gyan caused financial loss to the state and Mahama sanctioned it because it was to help him win the elections by fraud. His deputy advised him to no avail and so has resigned while the petitions was in progress.
