Npp will soon die and a new party formed in its place. What npp are looking for is to come to power to loot the nation's resources. Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money.

Haven't you been told by your owners that Ghana was a highly indebted poor country(HIPC)after 19 years of NDC misrule,before the NPP turned the economy around into a middle-income country without oil revenues, before leaving office in 2009 ?

Go read NDC govt's letter to the World Bank in 2009 and grow some brains, you liability to the civilized world.

It was frivolous in the first place and all the brinkmanship only exposed its dubiousness. The respondents have thought it wise not to waste any more energy on a thoroughly hopeless petition. It has to be said that the performance of the petitioners in and outside court leaves a lot to be desired. The 64 thousand dollar question is: Whither is NPP drifting?

Please tell Justice ATUGUBA that they have done well so far. They were sympathetic towards those who brought forged documents into the court and withdrew them sanctimoniously. They managed counsels who challenged or argued with them. They understood the emotions of counsels who ignored the court and misbehaved etc. etc. But I urge them to do two things .1.they should jail Sir John before they conclude the case and show that they have the powers to teach spoilt children that one does not insult elders. 2. They should not go into chambers for one year before they come and read the verdict for justice delayed is justice denied. In fact, I want to write personally to them on these two points but I am a good citizen who learns about the laws from those who know it and I respect authority.

But it is inacceptable for someone or a party to connive thereby breaking the laws of the democracy to steal election and to be elected as a president. Ghana is out of electoral manipulations and would never return to it! This is the burden of NDC's partisans who know by now, that their president connived with the electoral commision and was declared president on total errors.

Election fraud is a serious crime and we sincerely hope that our Noble Justices would help cleanse our nation of that canker. Ghana cannot progress when the collective will of the citizenry is subdued by fraudulent election.

The real man should be allowed to rule Ghana, but not the one who cheats in an election. The prevailing economic hardship is as a result of the fraud and cheating that occured in the December 2012 elections. John Mahama didn't win; Nana was the winner. Truly, the EC and NDC connived to steal the ballot for him to be declared winner. The evidence is overwhelming and we hope our Noble Justices will do Ghana great justice. Election fraud is criminal and can ruin a nation like ours. It's wrong!

The whole world is waiting for the final verdict; let's see where our our democracy is heading, or whether it's truly working.
