Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs)can only be strengthened when they are voted into their various positions by the people in that district and NOT appointed by the sitting President.

Grow up and come to the modern, democratic age. He is one of those who propped up "hand over to whom?" Rawlings and saw to the destruction of many Ghanaian business people and professionals. Tell so called "Prof" Ahwoi we want to elect our DCEs. Enough dictatorship!!!!
