This is the trade mark of all NPP supporters and organizations. The people are just anti-Christ sucking the blood of the sufferer.

Mr. UNION CHAIRMAN,
Your type of industry does not favour strike actions in the resolution of a difference.Your example may affect your operations when things normalize.
Dialogue is about the best that can help in this circumstance; after all you continue to take your pay.Remember; the issue of allowances are quite dicey and can be a source of trouble for you and your team.Take care.

Bravo, workers of Metro TV!! Stand up for your rights. Get paid and be paid well. Set the standards for other employees of media houses in Ghana so that your collective lots would see a major turn around. This will reduce if not eliminate the Ghanaian journalist's penchant for "SOLI" and "PAYOLA". Also the arm chair-phone-kind of journalism will cease. This would help improve journalistic practice in the country.
In the long run, these same greedy and the myopic media owners will be the major beneficiaries. BRAVO AND GOOD LUCK, METRO TV WORKERS!

Any one who sides with the management of Metro TV in this matter has no idea what happens in that citadel of cheap labour. Trust u me, i have worked there before and Talal's lack of respect for workers' right to commensurate pay is staggering. He and his cohorts are cheats. You will be amazed at the meagre salaries he pays his staff in spite of the huge amounts he makes; monies he is diverting through OMP to avoid paying the right dividend to GBC, part owners of Metro TV. Adverts that are supposed to come to Metro TV go through OMP. And to think that he is supposed to be a Muslim. What a shame. Allah is watching.
