And for good measure, he should have been made to go rtound his old neighbourhood in Bawku to warn all his kinsmen about the consequencies of strident(y3nte gyae) behaviour. He can across as the most contrite person among the lot,and thus placed himself at the total mercy of the court. I was not surprised at all, and I believe he had he had realized his folly.
Ken Kuranchie, on the other hand came to court,ready to do battle with the Justices,basedon the bad advice he had received from some of these self-conceited lawyers we have in this country,who have deluded themselves for quite a long time that they are the LAW in this country!

Gabby Otchere-Darko fired the opening salvo on JoyFM`s Newsfile programme last Saturday morning by stating rather boldly that Kuranchie had done nothing wrong to warrant his appearance before the panel. And being who he is,Kuranchie felt he was n 'solid' ground,and was going to put in an appearance and have FUN with t the Justices. This is precisely what we all saw in court,and I believe he got off lighly with a mere 10-day sentence!

He is adjudicating a case involving a respondent(Mahama) who has employed his nephew as his Executive Assistant. If this is not a conflict, then what is and yet no one is saying anything about it and he is arrogantly and shamelessly pontificating on appropriate behavior. Hypocrite and a dunce.

they should have giving ken too 3 days why 10 days..we knows the lawyer was trying to defend him but it was not the rigth to do that...but no problem is not the end of his life and we are still behind him.

Ghanaian`s lack full definition of democracy. USA the leading contender of democracy has the most conservative judicially system that will put anybody behind bar if one violate the law.
