They audited and the supreme court will only use the audited pink sheets for their judgement. Whether 8,675 or 3,000 John Mahama have to resign. Nana Addo will win with 53% of popular vote. Popular vote make a president not the amount of MPs you got in paliament.

Where is your evidence that "almost all their allegations of fraudulent conduct ... have been proven"? Surely you cannot get away with such comments? Your wishes are fine, but I comment on what comes out of the supreme court.

The petitioners stated categorically and Dr Bawumiah your key witness repeatedly and emphatically argued that he NEVER used duplications etc. in his calculations!!! It turns out the numbers simply don't add up. Is this not a fact we are all witnessing?

Mind you I do not base my arguments on hearsay, but on the facts as they emerge. Please argue on facts and not on your wishes. You can call me whatever name you wish but whatever I am I believe you are not, and probably cannot be, so suit yourself.

One ,two or even three duplications could be overlooked,but 5,6,10 and 23 times,good heavens! Recall the display of bravado by Addison,daring the respondents to accede to what he termed a 'COMPLETE COUNT', after he had received some sort of 'support' from Justice Baffoe Bonnie as to the 'accuracy' of the petitioners` count,based of course on the breakdown they the petitioners had laid out in paragraphs 44-67. Now we know which side is telling the truth! And Bawumiah`s repeated insistence that everything was up, and up has been torn into shereds.
Now assuming the respondents had taken the 'bait', and given out a figure, how was the supply of the shortfall going to handled with all these 'muddled' repetions? And is it not interesting to hear that they(the petitioners)supplied more pink sheets to the registry after their initial filing? Were these additional exhibits filed within the stipulated timeframe,and why did the registry not come out with this very pertinent information when accusations were flying around about the introduction of 'new' material into the mix?
And where do the extra boxes,presumably containing more pink sheets, that Addison harped about out, fit into this controversy?
And for the avoidance of doubt, why did these 'brilliant' lawyers ,statisticians,forensic accountants and IT specialists not make hard copies from their so-called 'fool-proof' soft version supplied to the court?
Now think about the 'tortious' exercise Addison and his team is asking everyone to participate in in order to arrive at their magical figure of 11,842 unique pink sheets, and you`ll realize that something funny is really happening!

If indeed this is true and that there were duplications (and triplications) which account for the numbers; and if indeed this was the basis of the complaint in this petition, how credible is the testimony of the key witness for the petition?

If Dr Bawumiah's testimony, calculations, arithmetic and his application of Set Theory are responsible for the core basis of the pleadings, and if his testimony is found wanting, how can we rely on this and how can the supreme justices even continue the case?

I have personally argued that the reliability of the key witness (Dr Bawumiah in whom I have no intellectual confidence) and the [pink sheet analysis could be a turning point in this whole petition and although at this juncture, I would like to see the argument made on whether even a single vote should be annulled as a test of the fundamentals of the Ghana constitution.

These are interesting revelations indeed!

You see, they lied through their teeth that they filed a little over 11,000 pink sheets. Now it has come to light that they filed less than 9,000 pink sheets. LIARS! LIARS!! LIARS!!!

How would Ghana and Ghanaians TRUST THEIR DAILY LIFE LEVERAGE INTO THE HANDS OF NPP? NPP & NPPERS should take the bull by the horn and concede defeat! NPP HAS "SUMMARILY" LOST THE CASE BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT! Thanks to the good job done by the REDOUTABLE AND LEGAL LUMINARY TSATSU TSIKATA. NPP & NPPERS thought their INCOMPETENT AND ELEMENTARY TRICKS would fly by the 9 Supreme Court judges.

Now NPP Lead Counsel Philip Addison is so lost, so much so that, he does not know why he is defending the petitioners. He has forgotten that he is defending the petitioners in the SUPREME COURT. HE THINKS HE IS BEFORE HIGH COURT JUDGES. AS WELL, HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE NINE JUDGES WANT TO HEAR FROM HIM. A sad Legal Crusader Indeed!

Given the background to Bawumia's testimony, if 3 or 4 violations were identifed in a given polling station, how else were they to document that? If there were incidences of Overvoting, missing presiding officers signature,voting without verification for eg in 1 polling station, won't there logically be 3 sheets but in different " categorization buckets" I don't get why people are missing this. It was easier for NPP to put these in "buckets" than to present only 1 pinksheet siting all 3 violations. People!

As to the information of those pink sheets and their validity, that was not part of the remit for KPMG. I hope you do understand that merely giving your own 'feel goods' slant to proceedings does not change the facts or reality.

My friend, the 8000 plus pink sheets WERE /NOT found to be "problematic". Get it? They are what SHOULD be examined, and not the so many extras which were merely DUPLICATES and triplicates of the 8000 plus!!!

NTAMKESE, it is great to dream about the prospects of your party-NPP but the truth is that what you wish for CAN only happen in your dreams. For your information the reality is that NPP has a credibility problem and their so called pink sheets do not have merits. Do the maths and nobody will tell you that NPP loses big time.

my question is why did the KPMG man failed to answer the question of unique pink sheet count when interrogated by Addison but did so onder cross examination Tsikata? why did they refuse to do a proper count of all pink sheets.If I bring 100 and you count 80 what mathematics is that. Some people behind the scene have done all they can to frustrate the counting and I believe the supreme court is taking note of this challenge.
