How could some one in his or her clear senses think that president Mahama will be removed from Office by judges and that Nana Ado will be made president and then Ghana will not be plunge into civil war? You need to look at it on the other way round, if Nana was announced the president of Ghana and have ruled for over 6 months only for 9 judges to tell him to step down for Mahama to be president, will that have gone well with NPP? The truth is that there is NO way you can remove president Mahama from power without creating any instability in the country. It is the absolute truth and we should be deceiving ourselves.

If the supreme court continually separate pink sheets, so that the company awarded to count can not do their job 100 per cent, then there is something wrong in the judiciary.

In this case what ever happened to the nation is the fault of court, EC and NDC.

In this case, we will see, if the Akans among the NDC will fight against their own Akans.

These were not children, even if they were sent by someone, they were adults and allowed themselves to be used foolishly. The PNDC under whose rule this happened bears a heavy burden of this heinous crime.
Now the tables were turned in 2001 and the apostles of the rule of law took over the reigns of Govt. What happened in Yendi on that faithful Damba afternoon? The over-lord of the Great Dagbon Kingdom and 40 of his elders were murdered in cold blood and in broad day light under the watchful eyes and supervision of national security controlled by two sons of Dagbon and their accomplices in Tamale and Yendi and in the castle. A sham of an enquiry was held to cover the misdeeds of a govt, the hands of whose officials were dripping with the innocent blood of the chief and his elders. Not even a fly was prosecuted. All the visible evidence was erased and the complicit officials quietly removed from their positions. Who was the AG, at the time? Ofcourse Nana Akuffo Addo, the same personality at the SC wishing to be president. Which of these two parties has a better record in as far as arrests and prosecutions of murderers are concerned? Or is it that some lives are more important than others? At least one, just one successful prosecution of the murderers could have assuaged the Andanis. But not so for Kuffour, Akuffo Addo, and Akomea. God is never mocked. All lives are sacred, and the cries of the King and his 40 elders would continue to haunt the NPP for generations. Defendants of democracy indeed.

These NDC crooks headed by Dramani Mahama with Yaw Boateng Djan, Asiedu-Nketia, Gbevlo Lartey, Army Chief, the Police Chief and some NDC executioners has long time planned to
abduct some of the Supreme Court Judges and kill them should they return a verdict of guilty against the
"Nkonfem" President, Afari Djan and
other NDC conspirators who conspired
to bribe Afari Djan and forced him to
declare Mahama who lost the election
as a winner against the wishes of the
Majority people of this nation.

I wrote this particular issue as soon
as the Judges were appointed to investigate and deliberate this particular case confronting the civilized Ghanaian people, today it has come to pass.

I sounded it solemnly in the ears of
the Supreme Court Judges that for the best interest of our nation, they must
do their work without fear or favour
and get rid of wicked, dishonest, deceitful and a liar Dramani Mahama
and put in place the legitimate and
rightful choice of the Ghanaian People
Nana Akuffo Addo as the chosen President.

Fellow country men and women, as we
all are seeing how the case is going
as well as the whole world are also
watching it, there is nothing to show
that Mahama will not be thrown out from the Presidential seat. It is by
that means Mahama is going about
campaigning from left and right front
and back saying nobody can get rid
of him because it is God who chose
him. God does not work behind thieves, liars, deceitful and dishonest idiots what-so-ever. Mahama
is a thief and every thief is a murderer, Ghanaian People we all are to make our eyes and ears clearly open
as NDC so-called politicians and their
monkey supporters have planned civil
war against the State and the People
of this nation.

NDC has again planned that should they
loose the on going Supreme Court case
they will quickly invite the Army to
take over the reigns of the Government
that is a Coup D'etat than allow NPP
administration to work and clean all
the NDC mess they have committed against the majority people of this
country.

The president doesn't chose who get to be the boss in those sectors, and therefore they have the power to take on anyone, including the president when they take the people for granted or misapply state funds.

But we want to assure him. Ghanaians are not cowards. The Constitution is a living document. It cannot be intimidated. Ghanaians will not be intimidated. The preamble and Article 3 are emphatic about our commitment to protect and defend hard won freedoms. Article 41 is a clear call to defend national resources.

I wonder what Nana Akomea means by the above! Who are the THEY? The NPP? We are aware that's what they have wanted and still want! The EVIDENCE abounds! But we don't need them to uphold Article 3 for us! We will rather have PEACE and effect a change at the next polls! Let me assure him Ghanaians are not going to die for politicians! They are NOT WORTH it! The longest they can stay in power is 4 years, the worst 8 years and then we can BOOT them out! You know what, they have their names to protect, they also have blood flowing through their veins, they know too well what is at stake.

The acid test for them is too look straight in the eyes of the evidence brought by the Petitioners and call a spade a spade.

As for the mayhem NDC is threatening to unleash on the nation should the ruling go against them, only God knows what would happen to this blessed land! They better be warned this type of passion is a misplaced one! They should know any other grouping is capable of doing worst things against the interest of the nation.BUT WE SIMPLY CAN'T AFFORD going that way!!! That would be too expensive a price to pay.

And the NPP should also not take things for granted that they would not choose the destructive way the NDC have repeated drummed to us. The party must seriously admonish its teeming supporters to let good reason and sense prevail over passion and meet "fire" with "water" should the unthinkable is triggered by the NDC apparatus! Should the ruling go against NPP they should let Ghana exist to heal its wounds and not be bruised again!

We are ever ready; we will not hand over. It will be absurd for anyone to think that after official declaration of results and swearing-in of President Mahama, the court can overturn the verdict of the EC."

The PNDC under whose rule this happened bears a heavy burden of this heinous crime.
Now the tables were turned in 2001 and the apostles of the rule of law took over the reigns of Govt. What happened in Yendi on that faithful Damba afternoon? The over-lord of the Great Dagbon Kingdom and 40 of his elders were murdered in cold blood and in broad day light under the watchful eyes and supervision of national security controlled by two sons of Dagbon and their accomplices in Tamale and Yendi and in the castle. A sham of an enquiry was held to cover the misdeeds of a govt, the hands of whose officials were dripping with the innocent blood of the chief and his elders. Not even a fly was prosecuted. All the visible evidence was erased and the complicit officials quietly removed from their positions. Who was the AG, at the time? Ofcourse Nana Akuffo Addo, the same personality at the SC wishing to be president. Which of these two parties has a better record in as far as arrests and prosecutions of murderers are concerned? Or is it that some lives are more important than others? At least one, just one successful prosecution of the murderers could have assuaged the Andanis. But not so for Kuffour, Akuffo Addo, and Akomea. God is never mocked. All lives are sacred, and the cries of the King and his 40 elders would continue to haunt the NPP for generations. Defendants of democracy indeed.

They are ready to go behind the SC and pronounce that President Mahama is a "thief" and Akufo Addo will be made president by the SC and they expect those who don't agree with them to just keep quiet and listen to them.What a delusion!
For the NPP not to have realized by now that their case is weak and that, the SC will make Akufo Addo president, is difficult understand. If they really believed they had won the 2012 election, they would have been calling for a recount of votes and not an annulment of as many as 4.6 million valid votes based on errors on pink sheets.
If you have about 14 million registered voters and with about 80% turning out to vote, it means there were over 11.2 million valid votes. If 4.6 million valid votes are annulled, it means the number of votes that will determine who is president is just 5.6 million voters out of 14 million registered voters - ie 47%. This is ridiculous and unprecedented in the democratic world.

You see, your PETITION IS LOST IN THE SC. Your "Star" Lawyer Philip Addison is lost inside the SC. He does not know what to do and say again. In fact, it looks as if he does not know why he is before the 9 SC judges. He is out "of gas". He is as confused as a confused chicken in the poultry farm. HE IS SO CONFUSED HE THINKS HE IS DEFENDING THE PETITIONERS CASE IN A High Court!

Mr. John Dramamni Mahama has poured more petrol into the fire in support of his terroristic members and supporters. Mr. Mahama can never be said to be a humble, modest and peaceloving person. Instead, he is a dictator, an opportunist, a very corrupt man, a womaniser and a thief.
He is known as the most corrupt person in the history of Ghana. Based on this fact, Mr. Mahama fears to hand over power because all his corrupt behaviours and deeds will be exposed.
How did he pay off the loan with the Stanic bank in reagrd to his company, the company that sells Chinese trucks? This John Mhama guy knows the danfers ahead of him should be be kicked out of office by the actual evaluation by the Supreme Court.
Mr. Mahama should be now be aware that the Supreme Court has to give the correct verdic since the whole world is watching Ghana. Kenya has done it and Ghana needs to support the democracy Africa requires.
