All parties agreed to the rules, so Addison should stop trying to change them at this stage. They should have checked their pink sheets and made sure they were legible before presenting them. If you had so many days to prepare the pink sheets and couldn't do it properly, then how did you expect the EC to get everything correct in 2 days?

I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.
This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

The supreme court has mandated and instructed the KPMG with specific task regarding the counting of the pink sheets the petitioners has presented. KPMG is an independent body who can not include comments outside the scope of their mandate in the final report they presented to the court. The counsel for the petitioners is just on wild goose chase and fishing expedition, refusing to understand those mandates and instructions given KPMG by the supreme court. The petitioners could have checked their pink sheet tolerally before presenting it as their sole evidences and exhibits in this useless and baseless case.PERIOD!!!.

Am I alone in thinking that everyone else EXCEPT the NPP petitioners have a different understanding of what the pink sheets are and what they are supposed to represent?
Having made the "pink sheets" and their analysis the basis and focus of their petition, they seem to have a completely different understanding from everyone else (including the independent referee KPMG) as which pink sheets are good enough to be included in the count and their analysis!!!
Are they still catching at straws? I have long said that this petition though useful in helping us to better understand our electoral system and to identify gaps that need fixing, frankly is not winnable by the petitioners because they have been unable to creditably demonstrate that there was unfairness in the conduct of the elections and / or that there were such gross irregularities that ANY vote should be annulled.
It is still my view that this petition case has no traction and I simply cannot wait to see the end of it, and for us to learn the crucial lessons for our democracy going forward.

Mr. Amuna, your view is shared by many level-headed citizens seeking for honesty and fairness in our Country. I support its general thrust. I think it is worth considering by NPP.
We should all be thankful for the opportunity the NPP offered us all to learn more about our electoral process. But as other insightful contributors to the discourse, like Dr. Arthur Kennedy, Kwame Pianim, and Dr. Wireko-Brobbey (Tarzan), mentioned much earlier, the case cannot produce the change in the electoral results as hoped by the petitioners.
I would suggest that instead of spending limited resources to search for other ways to win the case at midstream, the NPP uses those resources to immediately reconstruct its strategy to win the next elections by a large margin, incorporating lessons learnt from the hearing of the case.
I hope this genuinely well-meant advice does not only draw insults from the die-hard supporters of the Party but constructive opinions to move the Party forward. NPP may just be lucky Ghanaians might feel they need a change from NDC governance at the next polls and choose the next Party they can trust most.
It will be politically dangerous for NPP to incur the people's discontent for dragging out the case too long on minor technicalities.
Long live Ghana !!!

Can the KPMG verdict be trusted? If Mahama could buy votes from paramount chiefs with 4WHD Landcruisers coupled with other gifts to university ladies there is radical possibilities that Judge might have secretly been assured of mansions in Switzerland , UK, Germany etc by Mahama. Again, there is a belief circumspectively that Judge Atuguba might release information of the ongoing SC proceedings to Mahama through his (Mahama) personal secretary ( Dr. Atuguba ) . Hence his preaching that his presidency is God ordained. Caution here ! God is not a human being that He can lie just as some political elements are used to. The dream shown to Kwasi Bosoa is going to surface if the real truth fail to surface on the SC rulings, the entire nation will begin to realize the anger of God on the nation Ghana. Starting from the judges. Judges no partiality, you need to be circumstantial and discreet in executing judgment. There's going to be serialized deaths surfacing in Ghana and God's anger never before seen on the face of this earth. For other nations to realize that God doesn't change. Therefore, judges ask God for divine wisdom and direction to properly declare the winner of the December 2012 elections. God's anger and judgment will be extended to their children's generation. If they turn away from the truth. Atuguba don't ever be bought with money nor be given glaring promises by Mahama cohorts. God is WATCHING!!!!!

KPMG are not stupid and by the way, you think they are prepared to throw away their global reputation? Why do you talk like that because of your frustration that things are not going your way.
Please note that this case and winning it goes far beyond the pink sheets which is only the first hurdle. I am afraid it was the petitioners' best chance of making any progress but their own errors in putting these very sheets together and their poor and faulty analysis has weakened their case.
All the KPMG were brought in to do was to ascertain that what they said they had submitted was accurate, and that the duplicates, triplicates and all, that their star witness Dr Bawumia INSISTED he did not factor into his calculations, was indeed the case.
It appears from this 'state of confusion' between the NPP petitioners' counsel and KPMG that their original arguments about their analysis most likely does not hold water.
Throughout this process, I have NOT seen the SMOKING GUN EVIDENCE that the petitioners claimed they had, nor have they been able to rattle the EC chairman who in my view was a very credible and able witness. I was particularly pleased to see the EC chairman admit to HUMAN ERRORS and administrative errors by his own staff which nonetheless were immaterial to the ACTUAL votes CAST and their tally with biometric data and the voter register.
To me, these are far more important considerations in this matter.
Finally, if (and when) this stage is reached and it is established that indeed ALL the votes as declared were of actual HUMAN BEINGS who indeed exercised their universal franchise and properly too (mind you so far the pink sheets have not been proved to have exposed any illegality in the authenticity of the votes from the surface of it) the supreme justices still have the task of listening to, and ruling on the argument as to whether the votes of millions should be annulled. I very much doubt if the petitioners have made a strong enough case at this point in time and frankly do not see their performance on this matter improving any time soon.
I hope you will get used to the truth of the matter and advice your colleagues rather than blame an innocent and independent referee.
