If these thieves, who were aided by Betty Mould and the Dzelukope mafia to steal our monies under the cover of Judgement debt, believe they ever offered a pesewa to campaign chest of Nana Akuffo Addo or to John Kufuor, they should show Ghanaians the evidence.

Every Sane Ghanaian knows that these stealers in power will never offer a pesewa to any NPP man, so how can they steal millions from the state and give it to NPP men if the so-called Matthew Addai is not a ghost?

They should stop deceiving their silly selves with this brand of agbadza propaganda.

Even Asamoah Boateng whose sister-in-law was awarded a contract at the ministry of information and completed the project has never been paid, and Asamoah Boateng was even arrested at the Kotoka Airport for trying to travel to overseas just because he was regarded as having awarded the contract to his sister-in-law.

We don't believe that Kufour and his inner circle are blameless for this kind of elicit dealings. Ghanaians believe that they have amassed a lot of wealth at the expense of the this poor nation. With the help of individuals like Martin Amidu, Ghanians are hopeful that some of these nation wreckers will one day be found and brought to justice. Remember Alberto Fujimori is serving sentence in Peru and Ghanaians will get there one day.

However, if you indulge in criminal and illegal activities with Kufour and his inner circle and they outsmart you, you don't to wait until they are out of power for you to gang up with other collaborators in the NDC government to cheat the state.

What was before the Supreme Court is whether you have a proper contract endorsed by parliament to claim judgement debt from the state or not. It turned out that you don't have a proper contract. And, therefore, your receipt of the judgement debt payment was illegal. Any other lies and deceptions you and Kufour's inner circle will not be considered as far as this case is concerned.

NDC officials has to be blamed for this because they should have scrutinized your documents to make sure that parliament had endorsed the contract. Rather, out of greed they became the spokes persons for the fraudulent judgement debt payments so that you could share the booty. $200,000 was deposited in the accounts of some of them through their wives. Yet, they are still clinging to their positions after they were exposed.

Kufour might have done terrible things against Ghana and Ghanians, but this case has nothing to with him. You wanted to cheat the state with an illegal contract and you have been exposed. You should rather blame those who helped you to collect the illegal money.

Wireko-Brobey turned himself in a State Paymaster General paying contractors from black-polythene bags during Ghana@50 and caused huge financial loss. NPP through their master spokesman-Kweku Baako-came to the rescue of Brobey and Mpiani claiming institutional weakness was the cause of the loss suffered by the state during Ghana@50.
When same Martin Amidu accused the EO Group of criminal and fraudulent conduct, again the NPP attacked Martin, Asantehene even attacked the the NDC Govt of attacking the businesses of Ashantis(people must remember Asantehene's press conference in 2009)
Today, in their quest to gain political advantage in the judgement debt mess that we find ourselves as a nation, Annane-agyei Forson, a former constituency chairman of the NPP must be sacrificed. Upon all the raw deal given to Annane-Agyei Forson, the local rep of ISOFOTON, the NPP is branding him a common CRIMINAL who teamed up with NDC people to fleece the state. Annane Forson and ISOFOTON dealt with Kuffour, Mpiani etc and entered into some form of contract or ugreement, incurred some expenses but NPP did not formalize contract or agreement with parliamentary approval, abrogated agreement or contract and Ghana through the NPP is now branding ISOFOTON and Annane Forson as criminals who don't deserve any payment on expenses incurred. In the Country Waste case, the same Suprem Court held that even though the contract had no parliamentary approval, works executed by Country Waste should be paid, but now same supreme court is ruling that so long as a contract lacks parliamentary approval the contract should be declared NULL and VOID and any payments made by the state should be refunded and NPP wants to make political capital out this case. Believe me, if Annane Forson is an ashanti, the NPP would have ganged up to his defence.
I only blame the NDC officials for not doing enough due diligence because their thinking was effecting payment and using it as evidence of causing financial loss on the part of NPP officials to secure conviction at the time ALMIGHTY JERRY RAWLINGS was putting immense pressure on the NDC to jail NPP people.
Lets remember that OB Amoah wrote a letter to Waterville to start work without parliamentary approval.
So many contracts have been executed in this country without parliamentary approval; the stadia contract with the Shanghai Group, the Ist Spanish Protocol contract in 1998 when Amidu was a Deputy AG and now even the on-going gas project in the Western region.
The judgement debts mess is a wake-up call for all of us as a nation and let no party make political capital on it

Kufour was a man who came to power without a pot to piss in. This fact is collaborated by Mr. Addae who used his money to patch up Kufour's dilapidated house at Dzorwulu in Accra. For the blind and stupid NPP elite and their brain dead foot soldiers, this clown of a man Kufour, has become a millionaire care of foolish people in Ghana's parliament with a generous ex-gracia retirement package for thieves, vandals and vagabonds. Kufour is, has been and will always be a danger to Ghanaians as long as he flies around the globe pretending to speak for Ghana. I made it clear to many Ghanaians on this internet forum that Kufour is a smart thief but many people because of their tribal sentiments and political party negative syndrom they sadly refused to accept, but today the facts are coming out and is SAD and SHAMEFUL to be read, as their own staunt member is saying the truth with the calling of a river god that among the Ashantis is a feared killer river god.

The question is, can one deny what the country representative of the ISOFOTON is saying? I have in the past given many proof of how Kufour proved himself that he is a fake Ashanti man who became a president to confirm certain things about his being. And God has been good to Ghana and has exhibited all these characteristics in many areas concerning Kufour. There is a great proof why Rawlings could likened Kufour to Ataa Ayi, the smart thief.

You can refuse to accept that Kufour's strategy of stealing the government lands, was the main reason why he introduced the re-zoning of the govt land policy which has made them the owners of all those govt lands, which the re zoning strategy affected.

It is a fact that today all those stolen government lands are in the possesion of Kufour and his NPP crooks. You can check at the lands department of a very particular land in the Airport area, and you will see that it is for some members of the NPP, and if not at all, it is for K T Hammond, former minister of Kufour's government.

Yes, they are thieves of greedy minds stealing the Ga lands in a smart way. Just show interest in finding out who owns the land that the former Accra international students hostel occupied. Check also, and you will see that the owners of the lands along both sides of the Tema motor way of 400 feet one side and 400 feet at the other side are NPP members who scrambled for the Accra lands through their stealing strategy of the re-zoning of the government lands policy.

Why should these lands beside the motorway for future expansion of the motorway be sold among party officials in this God given nation of Ghana. Are they not thinking of future traffic jams to hinder our fast movement of to fro for the nation's development. I call those involved as village oriented and primitive mentality people who have acquired degress for nothing, since they donot have any real good qualities to back their diplomas. What a shame?, shamae,shame!!

Anyway the stealing target is to steal the Ga lands. All these were done without any consultation with the custodians of those lands, but the terrible problem is that God knows the brain behind all this policy of re-zoning of government lands. People are always judged by God, therefore whether you steal smartly or not, it is not what matters. All of them will be exposed by God in His own way day by day.
