Fisher is being assisted by one particular Ghanaian in whatever he does and the staff are aware of his dubious dealings with Fisher. This guy needs to be exposed to the glare of the general public.

Mr Abebrese is an employee centred and results oriented director who has worked hard over the years to make Taysec the envy of the real estates industry. Fisher and Liam, these two British eunuchs will fail in their plot and the immigration authorities should get reedy and bundle them out of Ghana. We have had enough of this foreign nonsense and foolishness.

Although this a well written piece with a good timeline, it's telling just one side of the story. This story raises questions that need to be answered. It would be interesting to get the view from the two other owners.

Being the employed Financial Controller of Taysec, Mr. Abebrese got to learn from management of the company that they would be needing quarry stones for a road project. Mr. Abebrese decided to secretly set up a quarry company with two of his front men to supply Taysec at a high cost to the company.

Mr. Abebrese was so exploitative that he even got Taysec unwittingly to pay for the lease and operational costs of his secret side business quarry.

Mr. Abebrese and his henchmen frontmen in the secret quarry business have cost Taysec huge financial losses in meeting high operational costs that Abebrese himself should have undertaken to bear.

Since being exposed about his side quarry deals Mr. Abebrese has promised To Fisher & McVeigh by letter in writing to refund to Taysec GHC275,000 that he and his henchmen frontmen swindled out of TAYSEC to sponsor the start up costs for their side quarry business. Taysec will be going after Mr. Abebrese for a refund of more monies that he swindled out of Taysec coffers by his similar acts of fraud and misrepresentation.

Mr. Abebrese has also been using TAYSEC trucks, vehicles, driving personnel and equipment to run his own secret side "water supply" business, that earns him hundred of thousands of cedis per annum at the cost of Taysec.

Mr. Abebrese has been found to have been receiving large amounts of undeclared dollar payments to his personal bank account from traders and dealers of Taysec believed to be kickbacks.

Mr. Abebrese has continued to keep his favoured but few cohorts and henchmen within the employ of Taysec "nice" from these ill-gotten gains that he has siphoned off to the detriment of the larger greater good of Taysec workers.

As a result of these and more, his day of reckoning and his time to account has come. He tried to manipulate the staff by using a few of his cronies to forment industrial action and mayhem, but he failed miserably. The good working body of Taysec preferred to resume settling into work with the CEO and Management who have ensured honesty and integrity in the company over all these years.

Dishonesty like that shown by Mr. Abebrese to the Company cannot go unpunished, whether he is a Ghanaian or not. No one is above the law, and we must not condone corruption simply because it is being committed by a Ghanaian.

Lastly, consulates are not embassies - they operate more like trade attaché offices in the receiving countries, and are therefore given to persons active in commerce to run as the consul officers. It is not unusual, and in fact very common to find them run from the consuls' day job premises. Check with others around Accra. As one of the two majority owners if Taysec and having declared openly that he would have to serve as consul from his company's place of work, McVeigh is perfectly entitled and there is nothing ridiculous about that. No conflict of interest and no concealment and no cheating the company.

So what's your problem? Or just because he is not a Ghanaian??! Please!

According to corporate governance standards, this type of conduct is dishonest and warrants dismissal from employment for gross misconduct. Mr. Abebrese has challenged this in court and he is welcome to. The majority owners of Taysec in the persons of Mr. Fisher & McVeigh have also sued Mr. Abebrese for his misconduct and have every confidence that their law suit will prevail. Shares and ownership are not transferred by resolutions, but by contracts. Mr. Abebrese was never abused or insulted - but he felt ashamed when confronted with his dishonsty. such a reaction is not unusual. The campaign of lies and misrepresentation about the rights of the parties is merely engineered by Mr. Abebrese and persons who have aligned vested interests in his wrongdoing. This is not about black and white, but about WRONGDOING, INDISCIPLINE and CORRUPTION. It cannot continue to go unchecked in our country. Maintain focus and stay tuned.

Until Abebrese was caught stealing with his pants down, did he raise any racism matter on the part of anybody at managerial level? so how come he is only now suggesting that his partners who he has worked with for all these years since 1992, have suddenly turned to become racists??! Do you know the amount of cash that Abebrese has been siphoning away from the company over all these years and chopping it quietly in a corner all by himself? or did he share it with you? when he secretetly opened his own quarry site with taysec money and then turning round to sell the quarry stones to taysec at exhorbitant prices for his secret profit, was he sharing it with you??! there is evidence to the effect that he has salted away millions of (ghana) cedis through these personal schemes of his,...and then he gets up to come to say that the company has been making losses??! what about his personal private bank accounts at fidelity and standard chartered banks? have they also been making losses or have they been making HUGE profits and CREDITS?! he should tell us. how can you sit as Financial Controller of a company and be doing kala-buley like this?! the fact that you are a minority shareholder (and the only black partner of a ghanaian company) in the business does not give you the right to treat it as your personal piggy bank to the detriment of all others! after all, what would you say to the 300 workers of taysec if the company is shut down as finally falling broke? would you (because you happen to be the ghanaian)then share your ill-gotten gains of the past with the 300 ghanaian workers and their families??! abebrese should answer that one too.

OWV, - please permit me to raise a few subtle points of correction for you to consider: firstly, there is no agreement to even talk about abrogating. read carefully what has been posted as so-called evidence - those documents there are merely shareholders resolutions. resolutions are made by majority vote. resolutions are likewise reversible by majority vote. they are NOT contracts. the documents posted simply show that the shareholders at one time voted for abebrese to make an "offer". any "offer", must first be "accepted", before upon "payment", you can even begin to talk about whether you have an "agreement". please ask abebrese more pointed questions like: where is your "offer"? where is the "acceptance" from fisher & mcveigh of your "offer"? and then, where is your "payment"? have you "paid"?
all these questions must be answered positively, before you can start to begin to even use words like "agreement" and "abrogation" with respect to this matter.

if i want to buy your car, i have to get you to "agree" to sell it to me at my "offer", and then "PAY" you for it before i can even begin to call it mine. sometimes, time frames might be important, and you might not be willing to consider any offer even from me if i dont make it by sunday. are there any time limits in the resolutions posted on the web? i think there are,... go back and look out for dates and time limits,...you will see the light.
