    beside the price of plane tix to south africa,europe or usa ($2000-$3000 for first class)...Any usa or uk hospital would run up a bill of $50,000 or more for serious illness requring sugery or icu stay

    Why appoint people with serious health issues to high positions. All govt appointees , ministers , president and the entire lot will have to produce a health certificate to the people of Ghana before any appointment is made.
