Will someone sue this man for me? He is becoming a nuisance in public and making Ghana a laughing stock in the international world. Mind you some of our judges served and are serving as chief justices in some African countries.
Where from this Kpegah guy and how did he get to the Supreme court as a judge? Someone said all his cases should be reviewed and see whether he passed correct judgment.I think I am beginning to agree with him.

What's the difference?
While Ghanaians, both friends and foes applaud Hon. Amidu for using his knowledge and intellect to find appropriate justice for his beloved country, kpegah's stupidity is driving him like a 3 year old child to behave foolishly; trying to"pull him down (phd)"destroy the good character a Ghanaian citizen has built in law over the years.
Kpegah is behaving foolishly even though after his retirement he couldn't build his own house but chose to maintain the tax payers bungalow. This even shows how stupid this kpegah man is.
This is really a story of two old justices, one of them is a fool, while the other is wise and intelligent.

Demolish the building while he is not home by first posting a demolition papers from the court and publish same in the national papers. Second, get a bull-dozer ready on site at the date for demolition and tear down the building. It is our property.
I am sure he could not practice such behavior in Rawlings' governance. He would be lost for good. These type of people above the law does not deserve democracy in practice but dictatorship. I am not a fan of Akufo-Addo but disrespecting the law of the land, especially by a law official is unacceptable. After all his behavior looks like some of the Nkrumah's borrowed immigrants from Togo. Check his background and if that is true, take his citizenship from him and deport him to Togo.
