It is his right to be against his party members going to court to defend what they see as injustice; but it does not pay to go every distance to attack them unnecessarily. Though we not happy with the current political wranglings, we respect the NPP's right to take their matter to court in they say they have evidence just as we would if it were the other way round with any party. It is through such that corrections are made.

The NPP is a house divided. There is no doubt about that. There is the Akyem faction which believes its time has come to control the party and ascend to the Presidency. There is the Ashanti faction which is lending its grudging support to the futile attempt by Akuffo Addo to over turn the election results.

The Akyem faction do not entertain criticism in the slightest. The substance of Wereko Brobbey's press release relates to their poor conduct of the elections. Instead of focusing on that, his views on the so called star witness have been deemed to be gross insubordination for which he has to be expelled even before he is given the chance to defend himself. And yet when Mr Amidu was pissing into the NDC tent, these same apostles of free speech were besides themselves congratulating him for having an independent conscience.

"You and I were not there" ; "on the face of the pink sheet"; "someone's presidency". Frankly need anyone say more to show how clueless Dr. Bawumia was? His plight will even be worsened if it turns out that the pink sheets number less or more than he attested to in court.
Even a Mafia racket will spend time engaged in introspection before embarking on this search and destroy mission.

One does not even need to go into history about (former political) people like Victor Owusu or Paa Willie to see it. You only need to observe the present political scene. Whilst constructive criticism is good, Akans take advantage of that to ridicule and abase their own ally under the pretext of objectivity. Unfortunately, most people see you as a classical example of such. Hope you will overcome it. Of course we are all Ghanaians and one has the right to belong where he sees fit. But it is unhelpful to belong or pretend to belong to a particular place only to be puncturing holes there to try and sink it. Thanks for understanding.

This is why the Ewe clan will always be perceived as inward looking - they look out for each other, they have each other's back - why else would Rawlings be acclaimed in the VR as the best "thing" after sliced bread, and like wise Tsikata with his "supposedly high power legal performance" which to other high powered legal illuminaries was just average. Wereko Brobbey is an aggrieved man - what with the death of his second wife - the daughter of Lawyer Mends and the late Christie, and his divorced second wife Joyce Aryee!!! He is a troubled man as are evidenced by his not too attractive looks and his constant erratic pronouncements which are to say the least very unwarranted. He needs to be the leader of his own party which is what he has always wished for. The Disciplinary Committee should advise him to leave and strip him of his membership. He adds nothing to the progress and advancement of the NPP. The earlier the better. From outside the NPP he can make any ad nausea statements - and that will be accepted. And that goes for Kyerematen as well. It's a good thing he has remained quiet. Even then some of us old NPP supporters will NEVER vote for him. He too can leave and organize his own party and make Kuffuour the Chairman.
