When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

All that we need to find out is, is it true that there were fraud associated with the 9000 pink sheets? that is the question. Don't let us insult any party but wait for the verdict from the SC. If fraud happened in Kuwait's voting why cann't it happen in Ghana? Let us all wait and see.

No Ghanaba, I disagree with you that the NDC is trying to prolong the case. The truth is that the petitioner are asking the SC to cancel some votes base on their analysis which was gathered from a certain number of polling station pink-sheets. Now if the number of pink sheet is more or less as they claim, the whole analysis will be affected as well and Ghanaians want to know the truth therefore NDC's stand is the way to go for the truth ok.

Are they saying the pink sheets don't matter than the hard copies of pink sheets ? Am surprised at their CD- ROM issues, which court will accept a prepared CD - Rom against hard copy evidence of pink sheets provided. Computer manipulation is easier than hard copies available, nit- wits.

The reputation of the judiciary will be forever remain tainted if the court does not probe the circumstances surrounding how (7) boxes of pink sheets came to be added to the original 24 boxes.

You can not at law and under oath state that you gave a person six oranges when in fact the number that was given to him was two. If for nothing at all, the fact of variation of numbers may be viewed from a judicial point of view as an attempt to deceive the court. At worst, it goes to the heart of the issue of credibility of the witness and by implication the petitioners. When the crediblity of a witness or a party to a suit is gravely undermined as in this instant case, their case is as good as lost. However,the New Pinkshit Party's woes have been further deepened by revelations that they clandestinely introduced more boxes of pinkshit in a desperate bid to shore their numbers up. If this is proved, it will amount to fraud, which is a criminal conduct, capable vitiating the whole process.
