  The difference between man and animals is that they do not labour, but man on the other hand labours. Labour is a purposeful activity of an animal called man to achieve definate result. To put food in the mouth and water there also without making them spill from their contents.
  So the whole life activity of man is labour as soon as a man comes our of the mother's womb he begun to labour. Even socking milk from the mother's breast is a coordinated labour between the baby and the mother.
  I wrote on the web the other day that I started fishing at the age of nine because fish is needed in the house and my aunt who was catering for nine of us need some of the financial burden taken from her.
  If I was not to start fishing at nine it means that we will not have fish in the home and if my aunt can not buy it, then we are supposed to go to the market and steal it. Thus fishing and farming keep us from using our energy on none purposeful activities and that is what make us what we are today.
  One of the videos I saw on GTV yesterday stating that an act by both father and child was child labour was interesting to comment on and it will mean that the person who took that video does not live in a fishing community. A child of seven or eight was screen seating in a boat and playing with the water whiles the father was dragging a net out of the water. Such type of net is fixed in shallow water and examined from time to time if there is a catch in it. A child of seven or eight could even lay such net in the river and to to examine it from time to time.
  We were also shown the video of other children working however what was left was the day of the week and the time such labour took place were missing. None of the children was interviewed for us to ascertain if they were there with their parents or guardians.
  The law on child labour is clear that a child who does any work under the supervision of the parents or guardian can not be said to be involved in child labour unless such work is beyond the physical ability of the child.

The issue is that children in the U.S. are setting up companies at 15 and in Africa we are being told to go back into our mothers' womb and be delivered again. I stated that I started catching fish at 9 and continued to sell fish with my mother after obtaining Masters Degree.
