I read from Ato 'Tunfur' Dadzie that the Pink Sheets fell short by 25%, and therefore the Petitioner's case is shot down. No problem, I will say so, because I am so confused by the whole thing. I was in Ghana from 15th November 2012 to 15th January 2013, and have never seen a country so broken. I was so shocked that such a dirty, poor, filthy state is our country. The sanitation problem alone makes all this action meaningless. I do not wish NPP to rule Ghana this term, despite my loyalty to NPP leadership. NDC must fix the rot, and that is my feeling. The Court case has exposed the state of our country's overrated legal machinery as one fraught with duplicitous wrangling and chicanery. Away with wastefulness for progress and development. What a ruse. I was there and saw CORRUPT NDC Fiaffitor bribing the electorate 'filifili' with motor bikes, outboard motors, enamel (bontua), 'hweasambo' (open basins), yomi, laptops, cars, suvu and the Brown GH500 Cedi notes. Will these people pay so much and hand over power on a silver platter? 'Dabi da! Moreover NDC Sakabo have the violent thugs to cause havoc and so pray fervently to God to find a way to bring peace to a most abused country called Ghana. All this 'I put it to you; I put it to you will come to naught; whether NDC or NPP wins; its the same poor country to deal with! A country without water, electricity, where 90% eat only kenkey and fish; and 5.4 Million officially defecate openly in public; no common eggs to eat at breakfast; one chicken per worker at Christmas only; no cabbage, milk, one goat is slaughtered for a whole township, with ogoglo as the king drink for the unemployed beggars; no shade, houses with no gutters; gutters filled to the brim with both rubbish and human excreta; no irrigation to plant crops; just chaos; University libraries have the same books I saw on the shelves in my time in the 1980s and undergraduates are tested by common quiz; sss graduates wasting away dancing in the empty streets deep into the night with nothing to drink; poor dilapidated hospitals I saw with my own eyes where two qualified nurses attended many hungry souls, with as many as 15 Burial Ceremonies per weekend in each town; as their Ministers with SUVU vehicles line up Azonto undergraduate girls wriggling their bottoms in the petrol station dance clubs feeding on swalaba (donor khebab)...How NDC could reverse NPP progress in such a short time is what shocks me. I want these people to rule Ghana this term as we prepare to boot them out next term and jail them for their corruption and thievery of our Oil Revenue. And so let this court case come to an end so that we all make suggestions on how to help the country...which in essence is naturally the finest on earth...God Bless Ghana...Supreme Court Case...please come to an end tomorrow for am sick to the back teeth of the charade...No one wins here with all the revelations!

If the books you saw in the 1980s are still on the shelves in the universities today, it means your darling NPP that ruled Ghana from 2000 to 2008 did not add a single new book so why blame the problems in Ghana on the NDC?

The Supreme Court will decide; no individual has the power to make a ruling. EC & NDC's lawyers: Ato Dadzie, Tsatsu Tsikata, Tony Lithur, Quarshie Idun against NPP's lawyer Phillip Addison will do their best in court; the final verdict will come from the Supreme Court. That is why you ensure you employ competent staff, adequately trained,control and monitoring systems in place,a good review process and then making corrections to defective parts before you issue to the public as complete. Through his cross examination, Djan indicated few of these were in place.
Another wrong assumption you made was the EC took just two days to count and collate the elections. They had four years to put in place systems to do that without problems.Even with the right logistics,two hours should be enough. It is important that you understand that NPP started from scratch so any good manager will appreciate the difference between the scale of the task involved.

At first,l disputed his view until l personally came to conclusion that there was an iota of truth in his view judging from What came out from the election. That's why they keep saying they received "less pink sheets". The justices must wise up and see the danger in this game....otherwise, we shall all fight with our blood to ensure justice is done. I am sure the NDC added more pink sheets. If theirs was say 10,000,they added say 2,000 to the lot at the SC so they can say what they were given was less and the court quantity is more.

The figures that the petitioners are seeking to annul which from all indications the respondents are fighting tooth and nail to get reduced, by some witchery or manipulation is so laughable. We thought they said, the petitioners did not have a case. Like they say, numbers don't lie. The numbers are there and Ghanaians are witnesses to the massive rot that characterized this elections, which inured to the benefit of John Mahama, which led to him being declared as the President erroneously. The chips are falling very well into place, and we are watching the respondents fighting over themselves to get the numbers to reduce.
The next few weeks would most definitely put things in its right perspective and John Mahama would know "his how far" as they would say in our local parlance. He's now making suggestive comments...hmmmn. Eboboba...

Do I have things wrong because in Ghana, things are not done like the rest of the world? No wonder Mr Addison has been expressing some exasperation in court lately.

Does the principle of confidentiality mean anything at all. The entire proceedings has shown what a sordid legal system we have in ghana. The so called learned profession have only shown themselves to be a bunch of foggy agitators, light weight boxers and half baked politicians; the whole lot of them.

If they are confident of their legal points, let them prove their case. What counts is not numbers of individual pink sheets. What counts is whether the evidence accepted by both sides is enough to have had a substantial effect on the 2012 election.

If NDC rented lawyers don't understand that then they are in desperate need of retraining. Or even basic training.

Counselor Ato Dadzie represents a client who stole 10 bags of cement from my inventory. At the court date, Mr Dadzie came to court, in NY YANKEE PIN stripe conservative designer suit, and requested a recount of the items in the loot. Surprisingly, the count was only 7 bags instead of 10. Subsequently, Mr Dadzie made a pronouncement to the court that his client did not steal 10 bags but 7.

By and large I think somebody is sick with "Akoko DEKA" syndrome. Stealing is stealing no matter how you dice it.
He may be dressed to impress the public but his wisdom could not impress amoeba the dullest animate object on earth. If a reverse metamorphosis were to be performed on this butterfly, he will be nothing but a slug, and when a slug passes by it leaves us nothing but SLIME.

Also DR Gyan admitted in court that "THERE WERE ERRORS" but he did not correct them before declaring the winner of the election. And please, what is this? Doesn't he know what he did was a crime against Ghanaian citizens. Oh I forgot, in Ghana the elites are untouchables and they have absolute power. They are THE MILORDS.
