...So, the people around the president including his wife and those Team “B” staffers were aware of the president failing health. Therefore, who were they kidding when they ruin insults on whoever questions the former president health?
As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today...

The judges are reading and listening to things they should do. The judges should think Ghanaians are stupid, we are not. We can see and hear all what is happening in the supreme court thanks to GBC. No Lawyer or media can fool us as Atuguba thinks.

While it is laudable to ensure accurate and objective reportage of the proceedings, why did it take Justice Atugba such a long time to come out with his comment? Or is it a smokescreen for a different motive?

Please be fair to the justices. This is not the first time they have come out to complain and to admonish the media and party spokespersons on this matter. Please check your facts.

And,in particular Atuguba, is that he has been too lax, as the the Presiding Judge,to show that the panel will not allow a parallel trial to place outside the SC premises. Look, radio programs are set-up by media outlets, and in some cases hosted by 'lawyers',purposely to misrepresent and also to prejudice the outcome of the case.
When did Fmr. Pres Rawlings raise concern about this issue? You cannot be nonchelant about a problem, and expect it to go away;particularly when you have a group aided by a cast of characters like Kweku Baako and others, who have been allowed to create the impression that only they know what the law is in this country!

Is this act not tantamount to contempt? Why is nobody picking this up? I wholly disagree with the notion that you can go to the media and discuss a matter at court which you are involved in. Is it because I am ignorant of the law? Somebody help me here!!!

General Mosquito should abstain from giving public/media interviews in regards to the court case since he is a key witness for the first and third respondents. Apart from General, none of the witnesses have come out to express their opinions in the case. The SC judges should warn General Mosquito for polluting the minds of Ghanaians.

I am not surprise that lawyer Amaliba is cheaping the profession may be he thinks his party can reward him from the national purse because NDC is controlling the purse now. He and Tony Letsu think they have executive backing and therefore can misbehave but as lawyers they should know SEPARATION OF POWERS as explained by Montesqui professional integrity is at stake and the bench is aware of their role as an important arm of governance and therefore cannot compromise their integrity and their profession and therefore will go for the truth.
