I dont see why the so called Concern Citizens Abroad would a blind eye on these values in the state they residing if indeed they would compare politicians in their country of residence and to Ghana. I have seen politicians going jail whiles in service, same to the judiciary- A serving Judge going to jail, not to talk about the police, military all go prison whiles in service if they should break any of their rules or laws. if people who are entrusted to make , implement or interpret laws are going to jail if they should breach these laws, how much more is the ordinary citizens who give power to these people? if u see these things in a country, then you can talk about accountable states. I don't thing my brothers and sisters are observing things in their respective countries. They should wake up & compare back home. It's shameful these things back home. Why? because when there's a breach on their part they would be made to face the full rigors of the laws they've enacted, by who? By the lesser of of the implementer's of the law-the police yet most powerful! Why? because they have the power to arrest all law gurus. What I am saying is not theoretical thing as in the case of Ghana but its real- I mean in practice. The police has independent power to enforce laws, yet they also fear the law because if they in breach with the law, they would be caught by the public. why are all these happening? just one thing- accountability. who is this accountability for? the public(citizens). if Ghana is to develop, there should be the practice of rule of law which brings accountability to the people. At least, the drug barons are smarter, business oriented, proactively articulate and thoughtfully action based and know how to rightly prioritize plans in their deals, very careful and how to take iron decisions with formidable plans to go through their business. Ghana certainly need somebody with such skills to lead us but not people who give guinea fowls the national priority over humans.

Go ask the Americans who owns their tall-tall buildings, huge construction machineries, the beautiful Miami beach, other luxurious coastal counties, those who owns their hugely invested businesses both home and abroad, who control the State business policies and those in the deadly arms arms trading including those in the pharmaitical businesses?

Ghana people must think deep to elect richly experience, reliable and dependable people with wider knowledge about the nitty-gritty of the world socio-economic order but not any riffraff empty braggart brat bigot political sychophant as an MP who criticizes for just attention any how.

This must include all public and even contractors working for the government. It is expensive but you must do it. Its a challenge to the 5th parliamentary session of the 4th Republican Constitution. If you are not sure, let the BNI ask the FBI to show them how go about it. Also, if you are in public eye, all assets must be and any conflicting interests declared before and after being in office. It is the law, but has the Mahama administration enforced it? Nope! So why is the NDC not setting the ball rolling? Who selected the Security company Sohin to oversee the airport? Why should the poor workers of Sohin suffer because the boss is an alleged drug dealer? The state must phi-fa the assets of the company to pay off the severance of the affected workers. Tell the current party leader John IV to declare his assets and all members must follow same and on leaving office too. All political office holders must declare them too. This is how you stop criminals and drug pushers from taking control of our democracy and political discourse. The law starts with you law makers.

It is a shame that becos of politics you forget that our intergrity is as sake as a nation.and if we dont want to respect ourselves,no one will respect us.also if one calls his mother a witch,he is also called,son of a witch.so lets learn to polish our talk.wise up.
some of you are so use to poverty that you refuse to beleive that people can work genuinely and get money.this has sent our country many years backward so you suspect every rich man in our country.
If I were you I will ask myself,how many ghanains have been giving our oil contract?how many ghanaians have mining companies?How many ghanaians own big commercial plans and ships and shall we take over some of the international businesses? you fight amongs yourself only over the crums in business so you are always below the ladder.wise up,go out side and see how young men are helped by their govts to grow and became rich.you expect to see rather foreigners becoming rich and lord it over us.I pity you and your thinking.Do you know how the British deveplo their country?dont put ghana under the international lense like we are theives.dont use one or two poeple to judge 25 million people.Follow back.
