Are they not representing the 3rd and the 2nd respondents respectively?

Are they not struggling with the petitioners?

What would be the wisdom in their decision to accept the definition of a word from one of the petitioners?

According to the NPP logic this is a clear case of over voting ON THE FACE OF THE PINK SHEET because YOU AND I WEREN'T THERE. But the polling agents signed the pink sheet to attest that no cheating took place at the polling station.

For the sake of these liars, let me define some instances of over-voting.
Let a = Number of voters on voters' register.
Let b = Number of voters registered to vote. (a must equal b, generally).
Let c = Number of voters verified to vote.
Let d = Number of votes issued to polling station.
Let e = Number of votes issued to voters on polling day.
Let f = number of votes counted (in the box)
Let g = Number of votes cast. (f must equal g generally)
Let o = Over-voting.
Over-voting is thus defined as any of the following:
o = f-a; o = f-b; o = f-c; o = f-d;
o = f-e.
or
o = g-a; o = g-b; o = g-c; o = g-d;
o = g-e.
All the above are instances of over-voting; and there could even be more definitions. None is exclusive, and no sane lawyer should claim so. It is surprising that Dr Afari Djan himself is trying hard to limit the definition in order to protect some lies by the respondents.

What you have presented is an exaggerated and hypothetical scenario far removed from the truth. In no polling station were there 90 ballots stuffed into the ballot box by anyone. That did not occur. The issue is with recording ballots issued and ballots cast. Afari Gyan gave an example of ballots issued 4 and ballots cast 365. By your assertion only 4 people voted but there were 365 ballots in the box. The explanation is that the ballot papers are in booklet forms and the Presiding officer recorded the number of booklets instead of the individual ballot papers.

On the face of the pink sheet he correctly recorded the range of ballot serial numbers. To say that this is a case of over voting or a ploy by the EC to rig the elections is preposterous. But knowing how desperate the petitioners are, they will clutch at straws. Mr Addison is now accusing the EC of forging registers. Copies of the registers were given to all the parties and yet he does not want the registers to be tendered in court. He wants the court to be blind to factual matters and make decisions on technicalities not truth.

Guys, which of these two will one consider to be over voting?

Option 1, could have serious problems: because the opponent can smuggle that ballot into their opponent's stronghold to have the whole results cancelled.
Option 2, looking more appealing: In the recent past, there were places where voter turnout was 113%.
