Why is NDC bent on dragging the name of KPMG into mud? First, KPMG's mandate was merely to count the pink sheets, so that if there is any explanation to be done about why there are more than 11,482 pink sheets, this should come from the petitioners, not KPMG. Second, Bawumia persistently indicated that if Tsatsu was discovering triplicates and quadruplicates, it can only mean that the petitioners boxed and filed more pink sheets than they intended to and that this may have arisen from different people handling different aspects of the work. That there are more pink sheets only goes to prove the credibility of Bawumia's claims. More respect Bawumia!

Lets be civil even when we disagree with our worst opponents. That is maturity.

I am an accountant and i can tell you for a fact that the explanation by KPMG that they took delivery of the boxes without counting is to say the least an insult to the Auditing profession. They need to explain better for all to understand.

Adawuda is playing to the gallery here. During cross examination Dr Bawumia admitted that there might have been packaging errors that resulted in some pink sheets being submitted twice. He averred that were this to be the case, there would be more than 11,842 physical pink sheets since he based his analysis on 11,842 'distinct' pink sheets. Thus if more than 11,842 were to be found, he has borne out.
There is no problem here for they have listed all the disputed pink sheets in a table with the votes involved. If these form a sub-set of what KPMG has found, where lies the problem?
The petitioners did not go to court asking for the annulment of a number of pink sheets but rather a number of votes based on 11,138 pink sheets. The only order the court may give is for the 'extra' pink sheets, if they are distinct, to be set aside. There is no deception where the disputed results have been listed and the votes involved calculated.
The NDC better start analysing the disputed pink sheets to prove that they are not material to the declaration rather than resorting to this argument on number of pink sheets.

Do you know what it means to declare results? It's only the EC who can declare results, but anyone who is following the elections, for example media houses, can call the results from their own collation. Not only is this done in mature democracies, right here in Ghana various media houses called the 2012 elections. In fact, the NDC is even relying on calls made by Joyfm. Yet, somehow you think it is wrong for NPP to call the elections based on results it has received. In any case, if you're trying to suggest that the call made by Jake influenced the EC, then you're certainly agreeing that statements made by President Mahama not only influenced the conduct of the elections, but also the outcome. Moreover, you're also suggesting that the EC is corruptible. Please, use your brains and stop silly propaganda.

Adding fiddling and rigging is why NPP is in court and adding is happening right infront of all of us.
Now Ghanaians will understand why Nana Addo and co went to supreme court. EC is useless and now trying to cover up their bad deeds. EC should face criminal justice after the supreme court hearing.

They may be wrong if they did not take stock of what was given to them which I doubt any way! But KPMG has nothing to fear, explain, define, or clarify if I could say so. The best method is to accept respondents´ number or count 1 or 2 other records of the Judges and confirm a number. Else, which one is correct and which votes are they claiming to be annuled? Another Amicus Amekudzi on the way!

Supreme Court added those 2000 pink sheets not KPMG. The Supreme Court allowed those pink sheets. If Bawumia gave the Supreme Court 11,848 pink sheets how come the supreme court gave KPMG more pink sheets and where did the supreme court get the pink sheets from.
The whole country and the world know Bawumia gave the court 11,848 and before that the Supreme Court didnt have one pink sheet and no one has complaint about Pink Sheets. Bawumia and NPP are in court because of rigging and fiddling by the Electoral Commission. Its a Shame NDC and John Mahama should be letting EC do what they are doing now. Any add Pink Sheets comes from EC thru corrupt Supreme Court staff.
