its foolishness on d gov't and all those involved. BA is such a big region blessed with other big towns and cities that could host some of these institutions why cluster them in sunyani? its nonsense n dats d price for uneven ...

BA is such a big region blessed with other big towns and cities that could host some of these institutions why cluster them in sunyani? its nonsense n dats d price for uneven dev't across d countries. white people wont build institutions at places just for reason of regional capital. most of d gr8 institutions in western countries are located in other small towns for economic, social and dev't reasons not cos its the capital city

and lower the interest rates..America don't require but 2 months on apartment rent of 6 month or 1 year lease...Only a supermarket or other commerical lease might require more...In usa you pay month but if you don't pay the e ...

and lower the interest rates..America don't require but 2 months on apartment rent of 6 month or 1 year lease...Only a supermarket or other commerical lease might require more...In usa you pay month but if you don't pay the evict your from home or business and sue you in court for not paying...Lower interest rates so people and companys can build..rates for 30 year loans in usa are 3.4% for good credit
