  contractors in the country have given the government up to tomorrow, Friday, May 24, to pay them for all road contracts they have executed over the last three years across the country or else they would advise themselves.

  PAYMENT ON GOG JOBS ARE NOT REGULAR & CONSISTENT AT THE SAME TIME GOG JOBS ARE THE POORLY DONE JOBS OR IN MOST CASES AVENUE FOR DUPING THE STATE MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. IT IS A MATTER OF HOW MUCH THE CONTRACTOR CAN PROMISE THE OFFICIALS AND HOW RELIABLE THE MONEY CAN BE GIVEN THAT DETERMINES HOW EASY THE PAYMENT IS EFFECTED. IN TIMES WHEN GOVERNMENT CHANGES HANDS YOU CAN BE ASSURED THAT THERE IS NO FAMILIARITY YET.THE GIVER AND THE RECEPIENT ARE STUDYING EACH OTHER TO ESTABLISH SOME TRUST THEN THE STEALING STARTS ON BOTH SIDES.
