its unlikely there will be a runoff rather the issue will be settled either by upholding the decision of the ec or will go straight out and award the presidency to npp. either way there can be no peace and we should expect war since it has less to do with rigging of elections rather hegemony chauvinism , authoritarian govt , ethnocentrism and tribalism camouflaged by ideology and corruption. its a do or die situation and anyone who is naive enough to think there will be no showdown after the ruling is a fool . the president is also supposed to be the commander in chief which means if he doesnt have the guts and brains to plan and execute a war effort he should not be running for president . anyone can steal power but how many can truely lead into prosperity ? jj the son of an uncircumcised rouge after over 20 years did nothing but put the economy back into the middle ages and thats a fact despite his so called eloquence in bullshiting us with ideologies he himself understood not.this ndc corrupt incompetent govt is just occupying space and wasting our time , its time to think war as they will not go away without the use of force . long live the republic of Akan

Thanks for the info. I cry for Ghana because I can see clearly that the "ship" is doomed to sink because the present government is not efficient, accountable, transparent and fair. These are some of the major ingredients of democracy that can help bring progress to a country, but in the case of Ghana everything is shredded in secrecy with guys like Asiedu Nketia and Tsikata calling the shots. It is all about the distribution of the national cake but the poor masses would definitely be short changed NPP or NDC. May be the people deserve to perish because they are very stupid to be voting on tribal lines and be willing to put their lives on the line for these corrupt leaders who can't even distinguish apples from oranges, good from bad etc. They enjoy traveling to Us, Canada, Britain even South Africa but unwilling to put all their efforts in bringing progress to our mother land by improving the standard of living of the people. I will never call them "honorable" like some of you do because they do not deserve it. We do not call Nkrumah, Mandella, Obama, etc "Honorable" but they are the ones who deserve it because they put the collective interest of the people above their own personal interest something Mahama, Asiedu Nketia and Tsatu wil never do, infact the people that form the government are just a "gang of criminals" that have taken control of the country through foul means.

Wow! A wonderful, well analyse and a good to read article. Normally, i do not read every article that is so long like this because most of the time it is redundant. This is indeed a good one. It shows the good work done by many NPPs and the bad work done by many NDCs.

Today as the Africa Unity Week is going to an end, we still ask ourself, what have we achieved since the independence and are still in slavery. It seems to be yes, due to lack of education. As soon as the majority of Ghanaians are uneducated, unpatriotism and more worshippers of foreign religions, i am afraid, Ghana will never advance. What NDC is doing is very weaked. Soo many youth including students and academics are searching for job and could not find one. We do not have proper and quality water supply as well as electricity. But NDC find time to rubb the countrys property. One must believe that it is the former Atta Mills who cause all this mess but the vice who is our president today and his government is the worst president ever.

How is this government want to create jobs. Why are these people breaking the country like that?

I have lost words and we thank the writer to submit us this wonderful one.
