YOU DO NOT EXPECT US TO TEACH KPMG THEIR WORK.THEY SHOULD HAVE EVEN TELL US HOW THIS THING SHOULD BE SECURED.EVEN THE JUDGE SHOULD HAVE ORDERED AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION INTO THE MATTER TO ASCERTAIN IT VERACITY.IT IS STRANGE.

OTHERWISE HE WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS LECTURER-LAWYER WHO COULD NOT EVEN RUN A MEANINGFUL X-EXAMINATION IN COURT AND OPENLY DESTROYED THE CASE OF HIS CLIENTS BY SUPPORTING THE CASE OF THE OPPOSING PARTY .GHANAIANS HEARD WHAT TSATSU TOLD BAWUMIA IN COURT-TO WIT "THERE WERE IRREGULARITIES IN NPP STRONG HOLDS"(WHICH ACTUALLY SUPPORTS THE CASE OF THE PETITIONERS)AND I COULD NOT AGREE MORE WITH SIR JOHN WHEN HE SAID TSATSU HAD SCORED AN OWN GOAL.

This is the way Lawyers do sometimes when the tide is not in their favor. They will resort to any tactics under their sleeves to thwart their opponents effort. Though Mr. Tsikata is not a court room lawyer per his performance, yet he knows courtroom procedures as a law lecturer that is why his team made that unfounded allegation. Legal brains may have a term for what the Respondents lawyers are cooking.

The Petitioner's Lawyers should stand toe to toe with them and never coiled into their shells as there is light at the end of the dark tunnel.

Even if it was not part of the step-by-step procedure given to you by the court. I am really surprised they did not take inventory. Common sense should tell you this. Shame shame shame KPMG!

Please allow the parties to sort the issues with KPMG and the supreme court this is not part of your documents.
Learn to stop jumping to the defense of anybody too quickly becos you don't like the other side. Stop being bias and be objective or you loose your credibility.

Only in Ghana that you will find/see such a non entity, as Kweku Baako running from one studio house to another and trying hard to prove to Ghanaians that he is among those who call the shots in Ghana Politics. What a square peg in round hole he is? I laugh my heart out each time he appears on a TV programme. He looks too dirty, appears to carry a lot of file and document, and always seem to be chewing something like a cola nut. What is more, he does not want to earn the respect accorded seasoned jounalists such as KOJO YANKAH & co but, wants to demand it. What a pathectic fool is this i see on TV channels telling us his opinions are the best.
