I suggest the court should use the electronics list and ask the EC to bring all the originals of those alleged pink sheets for verification.

NDC only wants to delay the trial. Therefore I pray the Judges to hold fast to all the laid down rules they have already put in place to move the case forward.

The end of John Mahama and his government is coming to an end. Ibraham Amaliba shouldnt be the only NDC member to complain about the auditing of the pink sheets. We all know some of the pinks sheets had double series number and all know there were over voting.
How many votes that are rigged or fiddled, NDC should have agreed and the supreme court will have to guess. Now the whole country will know how many votes EC rigged and in doing that will bring down our EC .

So what's the NDC all about; are they trying to fool the Court and Ghanaians? This is strange! Where did they find that extra boxes have been added? What's going on. Agents of the NDC have been caught in various regions trying to gather signatures to pink sheets; some of their agents have been caught soliciting signatures to pink sheet while some have been reported for attempting to re-register voters when the voting exercise is over some 5-6 months. I am sure we all want to know how many pink sheets there were and I very much doubt if the samples have been contaminated. I will be very surprised if this were not the case and there was a breach of security, but I very much doubt it.

Given the nature and substance of the 'evidence' the the petitioners have brought forth thus far,why would the respondents,including the EC, original custodian of all the 'originals' quibble about what they received,if indeed,the correct number of papers were actually supplied to them? Remember contrary to Addison`s argument suggesting the respondents had abandoned their 'right' to the correct numbers of pink sheets because they failed to check at the outset,this had ,in fact been done in open court. Thus the current impasse,has to do with the credibility of the SC registry and that of the NPP/petitionres,who are now conniving with the refree,KPMG,to rectify the situation,but in a rather underhanded manner.
This disagreement,truthfully speaking has do do with the the court registry and the petitioners. The real 'shocker isthe new twist that KPMG knowingly or otherwise has allowed to enter the 'mix',and which is really worrying indeed!
But then we all know that 'confedentiali' memos addressed to to the late Pres. Mills have found their way into the hands of people like Kweku Baako;very important state documents(agreements have mysteriously vanished from the archieves;and even witness statements have surfaced in the media,even before court dockets have reached the A_G`s office or the courthouse!

When this assertion was proven wrong by some of the judges, he added another condition, demanding a full audit of the sheets with the evil intention of using the state security to justify their claim.
This misfired and they resulted to other means including hiring thugs to steal some of the exhibits. Now the reality has set in, none of these attempts would work so they are now claiming that the auditing has been compromised to back off.
How long do these people think they can continue to fool Ghanaians with their silly propaganda?

Now the NDC does not trust the Registrar's Office eh? so they should count those pink sheets in the custody of the judges who, the NDC, has already made arrangement with? Since the court Registrar did not allow the NBI to temper with the Pink Sheets in the Registrar's possession, now they are turning their attention to the judges who the have collaborated with. All criminal plans to infiltrate with the pink sheets by NDC (the thief party) have backfired so they have no where to go than to cause a halt to the counting. First they wanted keys to get into the room where the pink sheets are kept. Secondly, they wanted to send their foot soldiers to take control of the pink sheets. All these failed so they do not have any other means to delay the process but to inflict fear into KPMG, the accounting company who is doing all these for Ghana for free. I for one don't think they should stop the counting because the NDC fools are not the one who assigned them the task of counting and auditing. NDC is always afraid of the truth. Tsikata is always running away from the truth so what can you say? They are fools; I mean NDC is a foolish party. It is the criminal's party. They are evil and murderous filled full with the milk of human wickedness.
