MOFA knows that Ghana needs processing plants, but we also know that anybody who want to set up a processing plant will want to be sure that he will get raw materials in the right quantities and qualities to serve the plant before he / she decides to set up the plant. We need to improve on our productivity and the quality of fruits that we produce, and that is what this training was about. We already have some processing plants who are battling to get the right quality of fruits for their factories. We also need partiotic Ghanaians living abroad like F. Adu Dwamena to come and invest in Ghana by putting up citrus processing plants in the Ashanti Region for example, so that together, we shall improve on the industry. God bless us all.
