As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today.

Mr. Pratt! What is really wrong with you, and what do you want? You have been criticising the Government for whatever it does, please where are your solutions? Criticising without alterrnative suggestions. Journalists do not critise, rather write facts for people to know and be aware of what is cooking, but for you, you act as if you know all. You are not doing anything good for Ghana than creating nuisance, and self boasting.

To be frank you knows nothing, and it is Ghanaians you can cheat. Your time is running down. Take care.

Mahama has already sold the land to the Chines greedy bastards for exchange of small money because the country has no money even to pay its workers. All the money has been stolen by Mahama and the NDC. Okudjeto Ablakwa and Betty Mould Idrisu must be held accountable for the country's economic hardships. There some critical questions which we are running away from. The traders claimed the land was sold to them in 2007 by the Ghana Railway Corporation (GRC) Did the GRC has the power to sell? People are speaking undertones about the government in power in 2007 and the purchase deal. People are suspecting undercurrent deal to reclaim this land which has been sold out. Will judgement Debt issue out of this. Let us face the bull and don't enjoy the so called senior journalist and beat about the bush

I found the position adopted by Kwesi Pratt on this issue very confusing and uninformed. What Pratt should have at least realised is, AMA is a decentralised local government. AMA is not an extension of Central Government. AMA is responsible for the provision of amenities for the Accra Metropolitan Area. The Gbese Stool, which is the original owners of the area is neither an institution of government nor part of AMA. The only government institution in this case is the Ministry of Transport that holds the lease for the land through the Railways Authority. Out of these three different institutions, it's the AMA that was managing the market and who levies and collects duties from the Traders. As long as no other institution had challenged the authority of AMA, they are justified in assuming that it's their duty to provide modern structures for a modern Kantamanto Market. I don't find their assumption untenable. It's also within the legal rights of the Ministry of Transport through the Railways Authority to announce plans for the area. I therefore don't see any confusing communications emanating from government, rather three different institutions making three different and distinctive announcements. Kwesi should not look for confusion in government's communication when there's none. Let's just hope that the three different institutions will meet and proffer a lasting and acceptable solution to all parties.

I find that area too congested to man that.
WHO ARE THE PLANNERS THEN?
I WOULD SUGGEST,A TALL MARKET PLACE THERE,BECAUSE,PEOPLE COULD WALK IN THERE AND OUT AS WELL,WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM,IF BUSES CAN'T.
IN NORTH AMERICA,THEY HAVE PLANNED EVERYTHING THAT,BUSES CAN ACCESS EVERY RAILWAY STATION TO CART AND OFF-LOAD PASSENGERS.THEREFORE,THERE IS ALWAYS A SMOOTH RUN,THAT I AM NOT SURE,IT WOULD BE EASILY ACHIEVED IN THAT CONGESTED PLACE.
why all these uncertainties over this,anyway?
