Those "unscrupulous Ghanaians" are the same people who blame government for being ineffective. They are mostly from the NPP enclave who hate Mahama Administration. They do not care about the welfare of Ghana once they are not in power. In fact, they create the methods to plunge Ghana
into economic chaos. They do this for political reasons. Their sole aim is to destroy the country, economically, so that when the people feel the hardships they condemn the Government of the NDC to pave way for the NPP to come to power.
