All he's doing is telling the court that these are only errors, which happened in many other places. And that the petitioners, out of BAD FATE, selected only places they lost and are seeking to cancel these elections in these places.

U must be a fool to think the Judges, upon hearing this will annul the entire elections because of errors and irregularities (WHICH PETITIONERS CANNOT PROVE WERE FRAUDULENT). The Judges know that, these so-called irregularities will OCCUR A 1000 TIMES IF THE ELECTIONS WERE TO BE RUN A 1000 TIMES, unless Angels are called to run the elections.

No man in his rightful senses will annul elections of such magnitude because of mere irregularities and ommisions which canot be proven as fraudulent or a rig.

In the end the humiliation was complete with some basic lessons in legal etiquette by the SC judges. What a shame for the NDC case.

I will not waste the time tp educate these laymen but I will actually encourage them to remain as laymen. It is good for them to remain as such.
The case has not gotten anywhere yet. The propaganda being pursued by these people will explode in their faces.
The thoughts that went into the NDC winning the 2012 election has been a mystery. Staying late into the night, formulating reasonable strategies and implementation approaches are easily understandable. If the NDC will manage the country as programmed, the same strategies will again be employed.
I want to re-emphasize that I am the best strategist in the whole world. There is no dispute about this. In the year 2000, I facilitated the electoral victory of the NPP because some of us were irritated by the conduct of the NDC in power. In 2008 again, I facilitated the defeat of the NPP because of their heavy laden corruption, extravagance, nepotism, tribalism to mention a few, in government. The same approach was again adopted in 2012. But I promise that my strategy will never be understand by anybody except myself. I have patented it.
The ongoing proceedings in the Supreme Court is not difficult to work at. My issue with this government and the NDC is their ingratitude.
I dont want a political appointment because I am gainfully employed as a banker since early 1980s.All I expected from this government and the party is to simply write and say ''thank you''. It will give me some comfort that my work has been appreciated. I spent my time and intellectual resource to help and it is treated with disdain. Will I be willing to spend these precious resources to do the same in the ongoing petition? Once in a while I make some observations which are not deeply thought through.
Dr. Bawumia is being seen by officials of NPP as a hero because capable and equally endowed persons have folded their arms to look on. This is his opportune time so he can ride high among NPP officials.
Unless otherwise happen, I have decided to offer as little help to the government and the NDC.
Does anybody remember, I first raised the issue for the NDC to demand copies of the pink sheets provided as evidence by the petitioners directly from the court? There is a reason for that.It is also important for the respondents to expose all the duplicated etc copies of the pink sheets. There is a reason for that also. There is one thing I have not brought out yet and I will do that very soon.
I am aware that mathematics is pre-requiste in reading Economics in the university.I was offered Accounting at the School of Administration because of my mathematics background. I read the most difficult mathematics at the O levels, and that is GENERAL MATHEMATICS (or Traditional Maths).I never read any business subject at both the O and A levels. I was a pure science subject at both levels. There are better mathematicians than Dr Bawumia is being regarded. Lawyers are generally regarded as not too good in mathematics so Bawumia can carry himself high among lawyers.
Dr Bawumia keeps hammering on analysis. I hope to demystify that in my proposed commentary very soon.
President Mahama and the NDC should count themselves lucky to have a sympathizer in me. I have never lost in any competition since a young boy. My fights are generally very good and I hope to re-stage one in this ongoing petition.

I can only laugh at these NPP communicators. Yesterday when the Judge asked Addison to "sit down", he was unfair and playing on the side of NDC. Today the judges tell Tsatsu there is no need for him to cross-examine more people because they have enough evidence on that particular side of the case (and we don't know what evidence they have and in whose favor those evidences work) and just see them. They are all over the place on roof tops as if they have won the case already. I hope (and I can only hope) that when the final ruling of this case comes out, they will continue to sing these same hallelujah choruses and continue worshipping Bawumia as their god. Aaahh, I've never seen this level of stupidity anywhere. And these are people who want us to believe that they have 'the men'. Tweeeaaaah Kai!

In the UK where a senior lawyer charges up to £1000 an hour, no serious judge will allow one incompetent lawyer to keep asking the same irrelevant questios over and over for 11 days, while scoring daft own goals!

At the end of it all, this case is going to cost the poor Ghanaian taxpayer billions in lost production while most of the crooks who caused this problem, including the ape face Afari-Gyan, pay very little or no taxes.

When people talk of Bawumia as a great statistician, I think it is not true. He knows margins of errors that are permissible in this processes.
