This ia a reason for what exist Genetical ultrasaud scan between 22 to 24 wks , but I tell you this case if you have the experience you can detec early around 12 wks . If you don't hvthe experience consult another's Drs bco you hv in Ghana a very good Drs with good experience can detect all this ms congenital formation by UScan .
