When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!
The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”
The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?
The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. As I rest in perfect peace in the celestial realms with my maker, I pledge to always uphold and defend the good name of Ghana. Remember the Lord in all your ways and He will protect you. Stay well my brothers and sisters, I will always be with you. Signed (with actual signature) John Evans Atta Mills...

Decadence! my friend. Our political scenes are invaded by extra-terrest and stranges, who have differences in cultures and traditions. They have the support from the weaker tribes. They have an inferior complex due to their insufficiency of intergration amist the ghanaian society. So they seek fame and riches in the political arenas. For the ghanaian younger generation ,they are stars, distributing wealth with showmanship to them. But for the guidances of our fatherland, these are the parasites either to seek to rule or inflame the land. These are the evil forces illuminated by its founder , JJ Rawlings since the late seventies, changing and adpating as regarde to the social-political conditions in the country. The confrontations between our guidiances and these invaders is the begining of the end .So beware, should they win, Ghana is condenmed to ruines!

The judges did not do themselves any honour for allowing the exconvict to scavenge on abandoned pinc sheets which fell beyound the juriction of the case as spelt out before the trial begun. His attitude was just like a mad man bathing a stone as a mother would a baby. What was the use in his cross examination? He only wanted to waste the court's time. For the mear fact that Ato Dadzi hints of taking NPP stronghold ballots to court is
1. An admission that the elections were fraudulent
2. An admission that they have exausted every dubious avenue to frustrate the trial so that Mahama can sleep well. 400 chalewatey wearing Mahama witnesses could not get SC audience. EC's lawyer was fatigued to push foward NDC/EC agender. Mad Lawyer Benoni Amekudzi could not resurrect after his first blow outside the ring. Tsatstu slow motion external pinc sheets could not sustain beyound a day.
So what is next?
Even the case is less than 10% tried and Ato Dadzi says they will also go yo court. When was that decition taken? Was JJ at the meeting for his party to plan any court matter?

Well done indeed to Justice Atuguba. I say this because going back to review every other PINK SHEET in court would have taken 'a century' at the speed of Tsikata's cross examination. Justice Atuguba has saved Tsikata from being forced to accept that the decalred 2012 election results are full of elementary errors, whether in NDC or NPP held polling stations. Now if the Electoral Commission (EC) cannot eliminate that many errors in the collation of votes, what then is the usefulness of this fanciful BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION (BI) system which seems to have raised other questions in the results. Considering the low level of proficiency by the EC in its work, there was no justifiable reason for it to opt for the BI system, unless it thought that a significant % of the Ghanaian voting population was lepers (or was traumitised, as I heard (if I heard right) during the Tsikata/Bawumia cross examination - some excuse).

If Tiskata & Co want every pink sheet(pks) (and no duplicates, triplicates, nor quadruplicates, please) reviewed, this could be done outwith the SC. What would be required is the public's access to the ff info for each polling station (ps): Total no. of registered voters (RV), votes cast (VC), ballot papers rejected (VR), ballot papers issued (BI), then a tick for each party official certifying/attesting to the result, and a tick for the EC's officer's stamp (not signature, cross, mark, nor BLANK BOX) validating the result. Finally a tick for an EC serial no. corresponding to that polling station; if no such valid no. then no tick. EC = Electoral Commission. Thus at a glance, Tsikata, Bawumia, the panel of Judges and us, the public can easily identify the irregularities/errors/omissions and commissions (later, one can eveluate the severity of each of these).

I don't know what you intend to convey here with such convolution. Why will you suggest that we take out part of someones sentence in order to make meaning of it? If so then what right does he/she have in correcting the journalists? If we apply the same principle then by taking out some of their words then their sentences will also make meaning. So if a Ghanaian journalist writes "Obama is coming, to Accra" will that be right? Per your analogy yes because all we have to do is take out the comma but why should that burden be transferred to the reader. It is a common principle that the best way to articulate ones views is to be unambiguous.

Nice observation but please next time in your haste to correct another just make sure your spellings, tenses and sentences are correct and proper. For example you cannot say "...articles on Ghanaweb is....". Once you use the plural of article (articles) then it should be followed by "are" and not "is". Secondly the past tense of proofread is "proofread" just as "read" is "read". So in essence the word is "proofread" and not "proof red", and secondly proofread is a single word and not double as you have in your sentence. Thanks.

If you read Justice Atuguba's overrule carefully, there was no contradiction at all. The overrule was appropriate, justified and without prejudice to the previous ruling allowing the respondents to exhibit and use other (new) pink sheets in their case.
He in effect assured the NDC lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata that in respect of that ruling, the THIRD RESPONDENT (who after all raised the issue of pink sheets with errors in the NPP strongholds) will have ample opportunity to present them when it is "third respondent's turn to testify along this line...".
I find it hard to understand how some people who claim to be lawyers cannot simply give a straightforward interpretation of what has been said. Why does it have to take those of us who are not trained advocates to interpret plain and simple English?
Either you keep your ignorance to yourself or don't attempt to put out messages and interpretations of court proceedings that are false, misleading or a 'twisting of the facts'!!! We can all see, hear and read. Perhaps it is the understanding that is some people's problem, including so-called lawyers!!!

My friend, you are out of order here because Tsatsu should bring that evidence in through his own Witness, Asiedu Nketiah.
What is hard for you to understand is that, cross examination of a witness should be restricted to what the Witness testified to when he was being led in evidence and the exhibits that pertains to what the Witness has testified to and that is exactly what the Judges told Tsikata today.
The problem is that, the Judges could have spared Tsikata the trouble if they have said what they did today.
If Tsikata want to present new pink sheets, he will have all the opportunities in the world to do that when he leads his Witness Asiedu Nketiah into evidence. That time, he can introduce those pink sheets but he cannot do that with the Petitioners Witness who did not introduce that pink sheet during his submission. Paul, I am with you on this one and I think that should have been the ruling yesterday. If the NDC want to prove that there were some irregularities that the NPP did not show in their submissions, it is up to the Respondents, especially the Ist and 3rd Respondents to introducce that evidence when Asiedu Nketiah takes the stand as the Representative for President Mahama and NDC.

They had time to make quadruplicates but did not have time to examine 2000 other pink sheets. The petitioner wants to be declared President on a selected number of pink sheets. The only reason the 2000 pink sheets are missing is that some have the so called irregularities but the votes to be annulled will make the petitioner the loser. So he chose not to classify those irregularities as illegal votes.

NPP is not obligated under any law to examine all the 26000 pink sheets and one thing you Mr 'Brainyy' have to realise is that, if NPP had done anything against the law for not examining all the 26000 sheets, the court would have thrown the case out or Ndc lawyers should have asked the court to throw the case out which they have not down. Ask yourself why the Ndc supposed brainy lawyers did not ask the court to throw the case out based on your brainless perjury charges. lawyers

Cardinal I have a serious bone to pick with you. Why do you at at all bother yourself engaging someone (General DeGaulle) who has made it his avowed aim not to learn but continue on the path of his breadmasters (the NDC propagandists)? Even the common sense issues remain a mystic to him so why bother over those that require a little comprehension. If you claim the NPP is being disingenous by hiding pink sheets containing irregularities that favored their candidate thereby acting in bad faith then why do you insist on rushing that issue through the one who decided so to do as opposed to your own witness who will have the same opportunity to testify? Asiedu Nketiah should not be afraid for the NPP lawyers though will use less time in cross examination because theirs will be purposeful will still give him all the opportunity in the world to substantiate any rebuttal or issues of disingenuity.

Tsikata was seeking to let this case go on and on and on. He has himself, twice at least, acknowledged that the Electoral Commission (EC) made mistakes on Bawumia's exhibits. He would only have led the court to see other errors on his own exhibits, thus confirming that the results of the election in question were full of errors. If you were a judge, what would be your ruling on the case in view of the revealations by Bawumia and Tsikata? That the results stand? The SC could throw out the petition on some technicality, but the world would know how flawlessly we elect our leaders.

Selling ones concience for consolidation of ones position is something a lot of people will succumb to, but to many of us a renowned lawyer like Tsatsu would have been ruled out. The Bible cautions that one who thinks he is standing should be careful else he falls. This is the fate of the great lawyer who said Mahmoud was clutching on straw thought he rather was. A lawyer who will come back to use the very he was challenging as a defence. A lawyer who will be shouting to intimidate such a respectable man as Dr Bawumia and raise abusive statement as Shut up in such a gathering. The worrying part is the fact that he has given a deadly blow to the electoral commission.
The NDC may have a case of malpractice but I think this is not the right time to bring it up. Much as Tsatsu intended to put the petitioners credibility at stake, he was in effect accepting the presidency of JM just for his position. This is shameful.
