The petition has not asked the SC to "....ANNULATION FOR RE-RUN" but to annul over 4.5. votes of the NDC and JD, and worst still declare Akufo Addo the President of Ghana. So there is nothing like "re-run" in the equation.

The SC is wasting time. They should order an audit of all the pink sheets and make a ruling. This all is a waste of time because it seems that the best way forward is a rerun of the election in the next 6 months.

No one is doubting irregularities but the question is are the irregularities enough to overturn the final outcome? Don't you know that law operates like mathematical induction thurs one needs a statement to negate the theory to prove the whole concept wrong. NPP is calling for annulment of almost 4.5 million votes to be declared null by the SC so any legal means to discredit the figure, whether to increase or decrease, is a welcome news to make the petition legally untenable. The supreme court is not interested in addition and substraction but only motivated by the fact that a claim is credible, covers the whole subject and infringes on statutory law, simple and short. 1. If the serial numbers of any pink sheet is in error the rest of that pink sheet must be annulled.
2. If there is over voting as defined by the NPP through Bawumia is detected in any pink sheet then the results of that pink sheet must be annualled.
3. If the Presiding Member of any Polling station has not signed any pink sheet then the result of that PINK sheet must be annulled.
Cleverly as they thought they were, the NPP decided to tender in only such polling sheets from the NDC strong hold.
Now Syllogistic Tsikata has forced Bawumia to make a universal declaration that "any pink sheet with the allegations stated above must be cancelled" and that includes all pink sheets and not those selected by the petitioners. In that case Tsikata has got a ruling from the SC judges that he can make his point by showing prove that this logic applies to pink sheets from the NPP strong hold as well.

He said if you claim that there were over-voting, look, you have only been selective in providing evidence at the stronghold of the President, Mr. Mahama.You have brought this case to court in 'bad faith'.Administrative/clerical errors made on Pink Sheets, not part of Declared Results should not lead to cancellation of results.The NPP who are bad losers and bent on throwing our dear country into confusion should read Article 49(3) of the 1992 constitution.For the benefit of NPP,I hereby produce the text:'The presiding officer, the candidates or their representatives and, in the case of a referendum, the parties contesting or their agents and the polling agents if any, shall then sign a declaration stating-
(a) the polling station and
(b) the number of votes cast in favour of each candidate or question;
and the presiding officer shall, there and then, announce the results of the voting at that polling station before communicating them to the returning officer'.I ask the NPP, were the above not done at each polling station.Where in the above is a MEMORANDUM/OFFICE USE ONLY portion mentioned(eg. C1,C6...).If there were clerical/administrative errors made in filling the Memorandum column it should not have effect on the votes cast.You see the NPP has not contended that we should open the ballot boxes, re-count the votes and compare against the declared results on the Declaration Forms(Pink Sheets).They know there would be no difference!Infact the technical name of the Pink Sheet is called ELECTION RESULTS DECLARATION FORM.Indeed what is declared to the public at the polling station is the number of votes each candidate obtained and not the so called C2, C1---which Bawumiah has been mentioning in the witness box.After the Petitioners have finished with their witnesses, the Respondents should present a 'NO CASE' to the judges for the case to be dismissed.It is vexatious, has not merit and complete waste of our time.

So Tsatsu confronts Dr. Bawumia with evidence of the Petitioners’ lack of good faith. That is what the whole thing is about.

If Tsatsu's argument strengthened the NPP's case, why did Lawyer Addison try all his best to stop Tsatsu, and also tried in vain begging the SC not to allow Tsatsu introduce the pink sheet? The insincerity of NPP even in reporting proceedings continues unabated. But Lawyer Addison surprised me on two occasions. 1.When his objection to Tstastu being allowed to cross-examine Bawumia was over-ruled, Addison threatened that he would be compelled to cross-examine all witnesses brought by respondents. 2. Again when his objection to the tendering of the exhibit by Tsatsu yesterday was over-ruled, Addison stated that, it has opened the gate-way for the petitioners also to bring in more pink sheets.
Now my question to Addison, in whose interest is he serving with these statements? Any action by him in this regard would work against the petitioners who are presssing for a quick end to the case. So that line of action is not in his interest, after all, the President is at post, the opposition is in limbo, a proctracted hearing would only prolong the agony of the NPP not NDC.

Those are the people who were unable to fill polling results sheet properly and since they are unable to fill questioners properly, then they are illiterate.
