Bawumia has every right to ridicule himself but his insincerity is ridiculously terrifying.

This would not occur in any civilized courtroom, which, it seems, excludes the Supreme Court of Ghana. If Addison's objections were baseless then the Presiding Judge should have ruled so and compelled the witness o answer the question to which an objection was raised. Tsikata did not just disrespect his opponent; his utterance was an insult to the Court and the judges. Any lawyer or judge will tell you that. I find it shocking that the nine judges said nothing.

Pls dear writer I'm not sure if asking somone to shut up is insult,it was unfortunate but I'll say he exerted undue authority on mr Addison who tends to raise objection nilly willy as if it was going out of fashion to the point where Mr Tsikata had only just started posing his question.
If you watched the proceedings, the chairperson rightly suggested to Mr Addison to allow the question to be asked first before raising objection which is why in my opinion they glossed over it & not order Mr Tsikata to retract & apologise.
As for Addison being more competent than Tsikata, pls they say FINE FINE BABY NO DEY FINE PASS THE MOTHER Shalom!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH TROKOSIS?

Teacher Rapes American Volunteer

Date: 07-May-2013

A SCIENCE teacher at Brekumanso, a farming community near Asamankese in the West Akim Municipality of the Eastern Region, is in the grip of the Asamankese Police for raping a 22-year-old American volunteer, who is a colleague at the Brekumanso L/A Junior High School on April fool’s day.

Frank Akamah, 26, played smart on his female colleague, who teaches Mathematics and Science at the school, when he invited her over for dinner at First Stop Restaurant at Asamankese, where he resides.

Sources close to the Asamankese Police Command told DAILY GUIDE that on that fateful day, after dining and wining, Frank Akamah played some delay tactics until such a time that it was too late for his guest to get a car back home to Brekumanso, where she lives.

Pretending to be concerned, Akamah willingly proposed that his guest (name withheld) could pass the night so they could go to school the next day, as it was rather too late to get a car to the village.

Realising that it was late indeed, she reluctantly accepted the offer but refused to share his bed.

Rather, she chose to make herself comfortable in a sofa in the living room.

The American volunteer, for obvious reasons, refused every attempt by Akamah to have her share his bed until the later gave up and went to bed.

However, while his guest lay in the sofa fast asleep, Akamah like a preying lion pounced on her for sexual favours, but that was not going to come easy.

The two science teachers got entangled in a serious battle until the stronger person won.

Akamah eventually had his way as his guest could not resist any more. So Akamah managed to satisfy his burning sexual desire.

Alas she asked to be excused to urinate as the washroom was outside the room.

She, however, ceased the opportunity to get on the next available bus to Accra where she reported the incident at the American Embassy.

She was hosted and taken to the hospital, treated and discharged.

After two weeks, when she had somehow recovered from the trauma, a delegation from the embassy stormed the Brekumanso L/A JHS where they arrested and handed Akamah over to the Asamankese Police for further investigation.

The suspect is said to have been involved in such illicit act with some of his students.

He has always had his way because parents were either too scared to report him to the appropriate authorities or settled the issues at home.

His cup, however, became full when he decided to do same to his Obroni colleague.

Most of his pupils, who had been his victims, are said to be exceedingly excited over his arrest and are waiting for the great day of judgement when he would be finally incarcerated for all the hurt he had caused them.

A police source said the suspect made his second appearance in the Asamankese Magistrate Court on Thursday May 2, 2013 and was remanded in police custody to reappear in a week’s time.

This is hindsight. The SC cannot supplant or disallow Tsatsu's respective search for the truth and witnesses original intent to hoodwink the court anent perjury, and also to undermine Bawumia's pseudo analysis by their admission of pink sheet photocopies adulterated, digitized, duplicated and conflated numerously by the petitioners to buttress their case is acrimoniously terrifying. Instead of Addision's spluttering objections, the judge should have him refute Tsikata's assertions through his own redirect of his witness. Atuguba needs to show some conjones his court is Ghana's only buffer. Yes! some serious watermelons.

He was making a submission to the Presiding Judge when joker Addisson interrupted. He was asked to give his reasons so the line of questioning would be ruled irrelevant. He stood there like a moron, eyeing the judge and saying " so asking the witness who was there stamping the sheets is relevant? ' and then sat down.

Addision would have been cautioned in a British Court for posturing. He thinks advocacy is about combat. He assumes this thuggish posture like a bully fisherman on the beach and eyes the opposite bench as if the suit is a personal vendetta.

CAN YOU SHUT UP AND LET ME FINISH MY SUBMISSION. Only in Ghana will this be deemed an insult.

When you duplicate selected pink sheets, the entire world and successive generations will like to know which pink sheets you are hiding and do not want the world to find out. The truth is what we want not argumentative bull shit as Addison is want to deliver.

In the latter instance the NPP will be shown to have come to equity with dirty hands. Why did they exclude pink sheets which also had blemishes but the results were favourable to them? That is the case Quarshie Idun failed to argue and Tsatsu did that brilliantly. He made a powerful and convincing case to have Mr Addison's objection over ruled. It is not about the pink sheets selected and duplicated by the NPP. It is about all the 26,000 pink sheets.

"Johnson Asiedu Nketia, General Secretary of NDC, have blamed Philip Addison for the incident in court.

According to the NDC General Secretary, Lawyer Addison throughout the proceedings "heckled" Tsatsu Tsikata just to truncate his cross-examination of Dr. Bawumiah.

The NDC scribe said Tsatsu’s conduct was a form of self-defense to deter him [Addison] from further interruptions".
What should we expect from Aseidu-Nketia?
According to Aseidu-Nketia,NDC members never fault.
What Tsikata did is indeed a sign of frustration.
No confident person gets angry under pressure.
If really Tsikata was good as the NDC wants us to believe,then by now his hey days are over,after all the man is not getting any younger,and to meet some one like Bawumia who has been able to keep his cool under such pressure is not easy for Tsikata at all.

HEY guys, why would Philip Addison keep distracting Tsikata? It was too much for tsikata, hence the remark. It is not an insult. Tsikata is a human being and can get angry. Addison's behaviour is annoying!
