We are all witnesses to the recent economic hardship which has engolved the whole nation to the extend that, government is unanle to even pay poor workers. Mahama went about throwing the tax payers money onto the streets and in the palaces all to buy the concience of the people. Even seasoned journalist were bought to do Mahama's bidding. Now the cofers are empty and government has no option than to borrow to pay workers. To avoid the shame, government is standing behind the innocent public to castugate workers for going on strike. Now the Drs have developed tough skin and are not tickled by inceasant attack heaped on them by the operatives of the NDC. I am very sure one of the dubious means of settling the doctors is to sell out Kantamanto market to private entities from foreign countries. So NDC operatives may have been hired to burn important market places like Kejetia and Kantamanto so that traders may be forced to leave and private persons take over. I have been thinking about this because, soon after the unfortunate incidence, corrupt goverment officials have indicated that they were going to build those markets into modern facilities. Now that governmnt cannot pay workers where is the money to do this? Don't we already know that NDC can commit evil and blame it on the opposition? People should expect soon that Kanatamanto will be put on sale.

Vanderpuiye led NDC hoodlums who violently rampaged with deadly weapons on the Accra central streets attacking perceived NPP sympathizing Akan traders at the full glance of the police yet no arrest was made are no doubt the arsonists who set Katamanto market on fire. Sure!
As a diabolical and despicable tribalist centered plan to flush out Akan speaking people's monopoly over trading within the Accra central area, burning down the market was one of the first steps. This is a repeat of the demolishing of Mokola under Rawlings fake revolutionary era where E.T Mensah then the Accra Mayor took over Mokola for reconstruction and later shared the stores among his kinsmen, family members and political associates, dismissing and depriving the Akans who have long been trading around the area peacefully among their friendly Gas.
Ghana is sadly hugely politically a divide nation. Thanks to Rawlings led divisive ethnocentric P/NDC.
One thing is for sure that who ever dig the pit shall fall in as no one touch who Jah bless.

I think the traders need to take the matter to court as Akuffo Addo did so that peace will be maintained on the streets. Don't take the law into your hands. Thank you
