First of all, someone should remind this horsy-face so-called Sir John that the case was brought before the Accra High Court, but not the Supreme Court like he is piping around. Secondly, the case was thrown-out due to inappropriate writ forwarded before the court. In fact, a writ of appeal is in the offing and if Akufo Addo were compos mentis, he would be combing through every each of his academic profile to fish out his famous lost law certificate before the appeal is served at the judicature.

Else, “Excusatio non petita, accusatio manifesta.” To Sir John, there is always a God when one need a reason and he can willingly believe what he wishes. His acerbically tongue lashes without provocation has rendered him a noticeable empty vessel before all and sundry.

Akuffo was called to the Ghana bar not after a successful accomplishment of the requisit but by recognition of Edward Akuffo Addo who was then the president of the republic of Ghana. In this respect, Akuffo Addo may not be eligible to practice Law in Ghana. Nana was an economic researcher at middle temple and France. He was not there as a lawyer. Facts are soon to be published. Example is the institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, When they had not started their examining Body they called qualified accountants who were trained in England and some well known accounts practitioners into membership. The question is still the basis on which Nana Addo was called to the UK Bar. Since you are referring to "those times" I'd like to remind you that many people were likewise admitted to UK and US institutions on the basis of doctored and fake transcripts and certificates.
Until CLEAR answers are given on Nana Addo's certificate, school (or otherwise place) of Law studies, year of graduation, CERTIFICATE and TRANSCRIPTS, the shadow over this story still remains.
Please be reminded as well that Kpegah's case was thrown out on a technicality and NOT on lack of proof of the allegation.

Anyone who tries to donate his/her kidney for Mahama will die.
Now Mahama's health is deteriorating and soon he is going to follow his boss.
If NDC don't own up with the role they play in President Mills death, more disgrace is awaiting them. After burying Mahama the next will follow. This will make Ghanaians to know that no one can take Ghana for granted. Prepare Asomduei park for Mahama.
