Accra Hearts of Oak is seeking to overturn the results of 18 premier League matches played by Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2012 - 2013 league season. Those said matches are fraught with irregularities, violations and malpractices. They are therefore petitioning the GFA to annul all the said matches. Four areas of various irregularities, violations, illegalities and frauds have been established
They have gathered enough evidence to suggest that various match commissioners failed to sign 15 of their reports (form B) after the match to the football secretariat and so those matches should be annulled as illegal. If the court upheld this plea the whole league should be replay as there would not be a clear champion.
Accra Hearts of oak is also challenging results of 10 matches played in some centers because the form B use by the match commissioners is duplicated. I.e. the match report form (form B) used in Kpando sports stadium bears the same serial number as form B used for the match in the Kumasi sports stadium. So those 10 matches should be nullified as an irregularity.
Accra hearts of oak is pleading with the court to declare as null and void the results between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and RTU played at the Kumasi sports Stadium (Kotoko 4 – RTU 0). After the match, the report sheet generated by the match commissioner showed Kumasi Sports Stadium written as (Ksi Sports Std ). This stadium does not exist period and it’s fraudulent. If these results are annulled Accra Hearts of Oak will top the league table and be declared as Champion.
Hearts of oak is again pleading to the court to annul 16 matches played by Kotoko. In those matches the match commissioners in his report after the match indicated two or more players than 22 players played in those games. Officially football is played by 22 players anything more is overplaying. Any game that showed more than 22 players as having played the match must be nullified. The Board of directors does not care whether the extra players came from the bench as substitutes. The box indicates total no of players on the field and not how many players played.
In some of the reports, match commissioner did not write anything so it means zero people played in the said match and it’s overplaying. So results must be annulled
The court challenge is on the match commissioner’s report. The face of the pink sheet
In this court case also club officials are advised and should prepare the minds of their supporters that this could go either way!!!!!!!!!!! The SC will decide

Folks, the NPP and its shallow minded legal team has finally fallen into Tsatsu's trap. when lawyer Amedzeku filled his applications before the supreme court, NPP counsel lawyer Addison was first to raised objects for its dismissal on the grounds that he has not sworn proper affidavitt in support of his application. As a result his objection was upheld and lawyer Amedzeku's application was dismissed. Now most of the evidences and exhibits NPP submitted to the supreme court are duplications,triplications and quadruplications without commissioner of oath approved stamps thus not properly sworn with affidavit in support. QUESTION:Do you think the supreme court in its own wisdom would overlook these same loop holes in lawyer Amedzeku's application which is the same as that of NPP and rule in their favour?.

Petitions should be substantive - and backed by logic and facts. This is a dangerous precedent set by the NPP; and it should never be allowed to happen again!

Lithur went head on and won. Quarshie Idun took a short cut as he believed the witness was of a paperweight class fighter and their evidence lacked logic and judicial comprehension and he also won. Tsatsu is using the long method of a win by unanimous decision through punishment and he has shown he is capable of delivering the knockout punch whenever he wants. So far Tsatsu is leading by miles on points and Bawumiah will need a knockout in the form of audio or video evidence showing the election being rigged with original documents. Tsatsu wants everyone to see how useless their evidence is as it is based on assumptions, and in a case of this magnitude, real and actual values are used for calculations and credibility but not assumed values since you are not doing an economic forecast or weather forecast. Mahama is the Commander In Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces so he is here to stay and will ensure stability and security of the people and the country as a whole. He is the Undisputed Champion voted into power by the real people whose acts are not based on tribalism.

That was the words of an NDC apparatchik. We have also all heard what Nana Addo has said concerning the verdict of the SC on his own volition.
What we have not heard is JDM on his own volition saying, he would accept the verdict of the SC. It took the Okyenhene - Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin to elicit a response rather begrudgingly from JDM. This advice should rather go to JDM because, the verdict surely, won't be in his favour and the pink sheets speak for itself.

Now Ghanaians have seen the light, thanks to the courage and bravity of Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, the EC would have continued to conduct bogus elections forever! The EC and NDC have been caught red-handed!

Electoin fraud is a serious crime punishable by jail sentence and the NDC's so-called group or political wing must first advice John Mahama to prepare to exit the seat of president. Ghanaians won't allow NDC to always foist their will on them. The suffering and misery is enough. Ghanaians are yearning for a Redeemer; they want a real leader and saviour. People want a visionary leader who will lead them unto paths of great progress and prosperity for our country.

John Mahama isn't that leader; he was falsely declared winner by Kwadja Afari-Gyan and that must be reversed by the Supreme Court.

Remember, Kuffour won his first time when Ghanaians wanted real change! They had suffered for 19yrs under Rawlings; there was a coalition of parties that didn't share in the same philosophy as Kuffour and the NPP. People were fed up with NDC so they joined forces to out them. Kuffour won his 2nd time because of good governance and the improvement in the lives of Ghanaians and progress he had made in providing Free School Feeding program, NHIS, Capitation grant, Massive infrustructure development and the building of 3 top-class Stadia in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Sekondi---that was unprecedented---if I may put it that way. In this scenario, Kwadjo Afari-Gyan and his scouts didn't have any chance.

This election fraud has been their trade since 1992, when late Prof. Adu Boahen contested on NPP's ticket. He wrote his book titled; "The Stolen Verdict" after the same Afari-Gyan had made that bogus election declaration. It's time to stop this canker, else Ghana won't move an inch forward in her quest to see progress for all.

Election fraud is a serious crime which we're seeking to weed out of our electoral system once and for all. It's for the benefit of our Ghana and our future generation.

Just look at what's is going on; "biribi-ara aye basaa" in Ghana. Things continue to fall apart for every Ghanaian, because the wrong man has wrongly been put in charge to run the nation.

Some of those pressure group by their utterances and actions, give a negative and scary impression as if the Country is at the verge of civil war.Why'd u do that?. Why all this undercurrent?.Don't they know they give a negative impressions to prospective investors?.Did they considered the reason why the Court proceedings is telecast on national television,before coming out to make the silly,and uncalled for demand on Nana Addo?.
Democracy entertain and encourage different shades of ideas.That's thebeauty of it. That doesn't mean suchlike groups as the one headed by Quaye could not be banned,if,we think they are of a treasonable or dangerous to national security,and scary to investors.
