  I believe INFILTRATION OF CHEAPER PRODUCTS FROM CHINA,also plays a huge part in negating/hampering GHANA'S INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.I AM VERY SURPRISED THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP,AND WHY?

  We need to pay attension to all that is currently going on in our nation Power, Electricity should be considered as the number one project for ant economy to grow or move on.
  look at this;
  The bringing of Cuban doctors to work in Ghana is a sabotage to the costitution of Ghana, and therefore discrdit the NDC governments ability to solve our internal problems.
  if this is seen a solution, thyan this govermenent should realized its unable to do his work as employ by the constitution therefore its suppouse to step down.
  there are biger problems that is in line with such issues, of which this ruling party is not paying attension to also, and therefore also require foreign intervention same as the bringing of Cuban doctors.
  1. we need to pay attention to the electrification of the country,
  2. our Pubilic Transportation also needs attension.
  3. our educational formality.
  4. our roads.
  5. our Agricultural formality.
  All these needs the attension of the rulling government therefore if he has realized he can not solve the Medical peroblems that we are encountering now with Ghanaians and feel to bring in People from outside the country to take over these sector than he also needs to bring in expects to work on all this fields of our basic utilities as while.
  one the the ruling Govt. needs to know now is Ghana is a sorveign nation, and its problems needs to br solve by Ghanaians.
  why would we encourage Cubans to come and take to Jobs of ghanaians while we have the people to do these? are we not going to pay them? or are they coming to work for free?
  this is a violation of the rights of Ghananians.
  NDC has to think right and go to the talking table with these Doctors and come out with a better negtitation for all. we dont need these Doctors from Cuba. if this is considered as a better option for the ruling Govt. than it should better go and get Doctors from the UK or United States to do the Job. we dont like any chip doctors to come and kill or old and poor.
  Above all than the Medical school should be closed down for we can not use the tax payers money to help it any more for its of no need now or in the feature, so that we relie on the importation of Doctors to do this job forever.
