    GOOD IDEA BUT THEY SHOULD INCLUDE PENALTIES FOR POLICE OFFICERS WHO TAKE BRIBES ON THE SPOT. INCLUDE POLICE ON-THE-SPOT-FINE. WHO WILL COLLECT IT? MAY BE, DRIVERS OR PASSENGERS.

    First of all, the fines are too high. This leaves room for culprits and policemen to negotiate lower 'fines' between themselves.

    The fine ranges are too vast. The highest amount to fine should not go beyone GH¢120. The fine should be affordable and deterrant.

    This is a bad idea; let the police issue tickets, and offenders instructed pay fines at a law court. Who can trust Ghana police to collect money government?
