Surely if you have invigilators who are worth their salt, doing their job of ensuring that the examination is conducted in an atmosphere of discipline, then there should be no need for this rather unorthodox approach?

What we are being told here is that that school in Sekondi (and St John's for that matter which historically has produced some excellent students) has no standard institutional structure to deal with indiscipline at examinations and lacks the basics for so doing. A great shame and a disgrace to the school. It is also shameful to think that some students will have the nerve to take in "smuggled" material for purposes of cheating. What sort of school is this?

African silly ideas continues.Some students smuggle material for the purpose of cheating and therefore no one should be allowed to wear his or her shoes or sandals.I never heard of this anywhere before.

What the education Minister and invigilators should have done,was to teach the finalist the old ways, if any,which they used to cheat to be where and what they are now.In which case there would be no need for students to write their exams barefooted.Too much oppression, marshall laws and silly decisions in the country.The other time,it was let see under ur panties,and remove ur sanitary pad.why suchlike nonsensicals.

Please fire them all.Almost 1000 students will be writing their exams bare-footed because of fear of cheating.This is inappropriate. These are leaders and educators of our country, what legacy are leaving for the young ones.This is a disgrace. Seriously these leaders have to tend their resignations for failure. They lack critical thinking capabilities. My guess is if the students hide papers in their uniform, they will write the test naked.

Or they can come in earlier than the normal time, search them before you allow them to sit in the exams hall for the test. At least you can justify why you hired the invigilators This way both parties will be happy. students ...
