If truly you looked at every exhibit as you claimed, how come that under oath, you still submit all these documents with the inherent glaring mistakes? Let's face it folks, we may have to prepare for 2016. Unless Addison is able to pull a trick or two, I think we are done for. Bawumiah has done his best but I think he could have done far better with iron clad error free sworn affidavits.I really feel sad.

The article appears to show the petitioners are reeling under serious pressure under Tsikata's cross-examination. I personally watched it yesterday and honestly felt sorry for Bawumiah, as he was made jittery and unsure of himself. He made very serious blunders, some incriminating.

Good job Tsatsu! What many are failing to know is that, RECEIVED DATE STAMP is not part of the salutation, the body or the conclusion of a letter. Neither is it a letter head, signature or address of a letter.

Received date stamp on a letter only indicates when the third party received the letter for the record of whatever it was meant for. Here, the writer is the first party, the bearer or sender being the second party and the receiver, the third party.
So, it does not eliminate or erase what the letter is intended for neither does it change the content and signature of the writer.
The stamp might have been used by the third party in error or intentionally by the writer for reasons best known to him or her.
Was the letter intentionally dated and stamped with different dates and secretly made available to the respondents just for the petitioners to debunk the fact that they authorized party agents?
Were NPP party agents asked to never show any of the same letters given them during the election, that way, some of the letters would be back date stamped and sneaked into the folds of the respondents, knowing they will at all cost use it as evidence?
If these guys can forge pink sheet, what else can't they do?

This guy Tsatsu is a pathological thief--sometimes it strikes me as odd for the Ghana Bar Assoc. allow a convicted felon practice before the Courts--what's amiss here --somebody tell me something--he should have been left at Nsawam to rot---go to advanced countries nad witnessed those endowned with certain talents empoly such to uplift and benefit society---this guy Tsatsu could be teaching or writing legal literature to broaden the the scope & reach of the law but instead choose to indulge in criminal activities to further his ends ---if I may ask --how many books or articles of publishable books or articles Tsatsu has to his credit?--he enjoys engaging in criminal enterprises because he knows the laws in Ghana are weak to catch him plus he graduated from Legon & Oxford with honors---these in my opinion, amount to nothing--what's important is how your life has impacted Ghana in a positive way and not this habit of being on the wrong side of the law--its a shame.

The court should not have allowed any blacked out for any misconduct like the decision to make the NDC to join as we do not want a new trial at the Hague or the UN Court in Europe as we are not a failed state yet.

Look!Ghana could have been leading most of the European nations in Eastern Europe by now, if the (Zombi's) have not overthrown Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah of blessed memory.
We don't want any argument to suggest that the court brought information from media reports into their deliberation that they did not get from the trial itself as council for the NDC want to prove.
The court should not allow Ghanaians to start thinking that he Tsatsu with his locus as ex-convict member of the NDC in power now, can use his legal expertise to allow the court to conclude this very important land mark case in the history of Ghana our Mother Land.
Let us come to a verdict based on the evidence presented and that all sides had enough time to put forward a full case and should not be allowed to sneak in extra stuff and should be held to the timetable
