    GHANA IS NOT A COMMUNIST NATION, UNIGOV IS NOT AN OPTION. PROBLEM IS "GARGANTUAN CORRUPTION." IN NDC MILLS/ MAHAMA GOVT. MINISTERS EATING WITH BOTH HANDS WHILE BASIC AMENITIES ARE DENIED TO THE POPULACE.
